'I want to mention the way-above professional standard Staff. My Aunt is 86 and getting a little forgetful. She left a jade pendant in the room - probably of some monetary value - that her husband bought her the first time they came to China 40 years ago. The Hotel staff contacted us with a picture, arranged for a pick up, and my Aunt is so happy! Above & beyond any reasonable expectation!!! '

'Perfect location in Ximending, near the MRT and 10min walking to Main station. Rooms were cozy and comfortable. We first got a very small and humid room with an unpleasant smell on the 7th floor, fortunately the staff moved us to a room on the 9th floor, which was actually a downgrade because the room did not have windows. 'The location is close to ximen station and ximending night market and ximending walking district. The staff were very friendly, kind and helpful. There was a lift to get to upper floor. The room was old but very clean. The air-conditioned worked very well. The bathroom was quite big and had a high-tech toilet. The breakfast buffet was ok and needed more choices. '
