'The property and room was clean but my issue is with the airport shuttle I was not properly informed about the hours of the service I had a 6:15am flight and the shuttle does not start until 5am is what I was told after I’ve already checked in and paid my deposit which resulted in me having to find my own way to the airport this is a big inconvenience flights are all hours there for so should be the shuttle or don’t advise this service if it’s not acceptable '

'Nice, private hotel with an upscale feel. However, the college uses it for groups and several of our stays have had very noisy college groups keeping us up late, treating it like a dorm. We will choose another hotel in Belmont as this has happened three different times. '

'Perfect crash pad for a weekend hockey tournament at Extreme Ice Center. Nice breakfast area, and room had a very nice renovated bathroom. In room a/c was meh. Anything not top notch with the room was minor (a few inop outlets, aforementioned weird a/c unit), but all the must-haves (bathroom, bed, breakfast) were very good. '

'The lobby is beautiful. The front desk staff was wonderful, helpful and nice. Easy location around alot of shopping and restaurants.
The issues I had was the bed. I do believe are old. I couldnt get comfortable to sleep. I woke up with my hips hurting so bad I was in tears. I slept on the couch the rest of my stay.
