'We were thrilled to stay at Karl’s cottage and had an amazing time as always! We were able to see deer and turkeys throughout each day and enjoy the tire and tree swings on the property with our kids, and the upstairs is perfect for running and playing when it’s too windy, rainy, or cold. The house is perfectly located near Moonstone Beach, the playground, Fiscalini Ranch, and the town. We look forward to visiting again!'

'Cottage exactly as pictured and described. The check-in process was seamless - never needed to contact the host. The cottage is small and very cute with 2 bedrooms. The kitchen, though small, had everything we needed for our purposes.We really liked that the dining/living room looked directly to the sea.There are plenty of things to see in the area, from Cambria to San Simeon/Hearst to the elephant seals. Spending time on the patio on the cozy furniture was our absolute favorite to read a book and listen to the waves. This little cottage has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing time at the beach.'
