« My wife and I stayed at the Sandpiper for a long weekend. The property was very clean with a warm welcoming feeling. It is within walking distance to the beach and downtown shopping. Great location. I would recommend it to everyone. »

We enjoyed the local information via Northforker magazine in the home and Debbie’s recommendations and found great places because of them. The communication with Debbie was excellent. « This property is unlike anywhere I have ever stayed. As soon as the gates open you are transported to another world. The pictures don’t event do the house justice it is like staying in a museum with beautiful artwork and artifacts everywhere. The property is also perfect located near both sag harbor & Southampton with so many great restaurants and shops. My whole family had an amazing time including my dog! « Terrific location for all our family members. Kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, and plates. Brian was extremely responsive, which was so appreciated when asking questions about the area. Fun week for all! »

« The house was perfect for our extended family vacation. There are 7 bedrooms each with their own bathroom. The house is very spacious and allowed several people quiet places to work from home. The kitchen is very well stocked with anything you need to cook. The house also is fully stocked with everything from towels to toys for toddles and games to play in the evening. Finally, the owner is very easy to contact and responds quickly. There are private beaches that we walked to in order to watch...

« Absolutely incredible location! The host was super responsive and accommodating. My mother is in a wheelchair and she was able to easily enjoy the stunning views. Hot tub, kayaks and paddle boards were the icing on top. Great restaurants two minutes away. We will be back »
