'The room is modern and everything is well designed. Careful to small details and make the stay cozy. The location is good which the hotel is above JR station although it needs around half an hour to centre of Tokyo. However, the sound insulation would be better improved which I heard the snore of the room next door.'

'I thought the hotel was fantastic. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel had many conveniences- a wide variety of complimentary toiletries, free juice and soda, and even a happy hour for guests. The internet speed was very good in case you need to do work or use streaming services. There were plenty of mom and pop restaurants and shops nearby. And there are two train stations within a 10-15 minute walk. All in all, a really nice and relaxing stay. I would definitely stay here again. '

'Good location for visiting Tokyo. Room reasonable size. Rooms are central heated to 23 degrees Celcius during winter time. No windows to open and you cannot use airco during this period! Rooms are much to hot! Also fridge was broken on room and toilet kept running water.'

'Friendly personal. Good breakfast. Near station and small shopping mall with an Aeon which had a huge supermarket and lots of affordable clothes / sales on the other floors. We did not get the room that we had made reservations for via expedia. Hotel personal made excuses and despite that the hotel was very full they offered us a different room. But that room was not at the seaside. So we kept the room we had received. It was still a fine room though.'

'Hotel is good. On the ground floor you can wash and dry your clothes very cheap. The shuttle bus service is excellent. The first day we had problem to find the shuttlebus bus. We walked 19 minutes from the shinagawa station to the hotel, google map. Shinagawa is good station to go directory with Shinkansen to Osaka. Price and quality I will give a 8'

'Tompkins and Mina were exceptionally responsive. The hotel is a wonderful retreat in Tokyo. One does have to be okay with the occasional rocking as the fishing boats head out but it is definitely worth it. '
