'very friendly receptionist at night, the people that was there in the morning were nice, but not as friendly as this girl. Hotel was modern and beautifully decorated!! Extremely clean, even the balcony! Room was not spacious, but big enough to move around comfortably and fit all the commodities. Loved the balcony and the Italian speaking elevator... And we fell in love with Varazze!! Breakfast buffet was not very diverse, same things both days, no warm options, but everything was fresh and...

'Everything was good, clean, nice hotel, near by everything. One tip about the parking: please answer in the request when someone ask it. The restaurant experience on the top of the roof could be more nicer if it was not so windy, maybe some wind curtains could helped? :). Thank you to make our stay so pleasant. '

'Tout ! Personnel, chambre, spa, piscine, soin... La moindre petite attention était parfaite, à notre arrivée à l'accueil, dans la chambre, pendant le séjour, lors du départ... Tout était exceptionnel. Le fait qu'il y ait du personnel qui parle français était un plus. La petite part de gâteau avec une bougie le matin au petit déjeuner pour l'anniversaire de ma femme était une très agréable surprise !! Merci pour tout.'
