The AC did not work during our stay. We reported the issue twice and were promised both times that it would be looked at, but nothing was done. The window could only be opened partially, which provided very little relief. The combination of the heat and poor air circulation made the room unbearable.
After the trip, I contacted Expedia about the situation. Unfortunately, the property never responded to the inquiry and did not offer any compensation or attempt to address the issue.
