« Everything from arrival to check out was brilliant, the staff are amazing, the spa was so relaxing as were the treatments, room was gorgeous and spotlessly clean and hot tub on the balcony was awesome, bar areas and service were fantastic and visit to Mizumi restaurant is recommended, location is fabulous - overall we had a great stay and will be visiting again »

« Bar service was slow. Breakfast in the restaurant wasn't great. Everything was pre-cooked, and the fried eggs had obviously been sat there for a long time. In the bistro the breakfasts were freshly cooked and amazing »

« Staff couldn’t do enough to help us. The room was impeccable quality. Our bed was comfortable, we loved the huge bath tub in the room and the welcome gifts and coffee machine added a nice touch. The only minor issues we found, was the room was extremely cold on arrival, however the room had its own thermostat which we were able to increase and quickly warm up the room. The automatic lights in the toilet and wash area were inconvenient in the middle of the night but easy to block out by closing...
