'House keeping was terrible, amenities were terrible, the gym was out of service, the hot tub was out of service, laundry, not working. Housekeeping, one day would make a bed and not leave clean towels and leave old dirty towels on the floor. The next day they wouldn’t even do no how keeping in the room. Bathroom sink was clogged asked to get repaired. Had to ask three times before they said there wasn’t a maintenance man on staff he would try to fix it himself with a toilet plunger in a sink....
