« We booked a “deluxe double room” last minute after a long flight, too tired to drive home and just needing a restful night.
The room was freezing cold, radiator turned off and window open not ideal on a cold February evening! The window didn’t close properly and the radiator made a loud humming noise.
The bed was really lumpy, towels extremely old and the room itself tired and far from “deluxe”
We were disturbed by noise from the room below until I got up and complained at 4am to the night...

« Lovely room. The shower cubicle was a bit small, but the shower was good, although no heating in the shower room. The room was accessed via two flights of narrow stairs. Breakfast was reasonable, but could do with yogurt and fresh fruit with the cereals. No offer of separate toast..one piece provided with the breakfast. No jams or marmalade on offer either. The main meals and menu gor dinnrr was excelent »
