'We had the Thelma room and it had en excellent bed, shower and airco. If you have people upstairs you might hear it as there is a staircase next to the room and a room above. Staff is excellent as well and Tim and the young lady were especially helpful. The valet guy was super friendly and so was the rest of the staff we met. Breakfast is limited in choice but very good in quality.'

'We hadden voor de executive lounge bijbetaald maar die was gewoon niet open'

'There was some brownish reddish liquid drippy rusty something from the bathtubs, and while flatiron it my hair, some water dropped from the ceiling. I was afraid I md get electrocuted. The breakfast was great and the staff was very nice. They even brought me a crib.'

'The staff was excellent'

'I stayed at The Westin because I had a work trip in downtown Houston. If you’re looking for something nearby the convention center, that’s quiet and has some good restaurants nearby, this hotel is amazing. Not only that, the king bedroom is spacious, great amenities with a spacious bathroom, a snooz white noise machine, and even an option to rent two monitors, a keyboard / mouse via Outpost. Truly an amazing experience as a business traveler. The staff at front desk were so helpful.'

'Very nice helpful staff. Very clean and luxurious. I will definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Houston. If you like luxury The Thompson is the right place.'

'Super nice hotel, friendly staff and great atmosphere. Great breakfast as well, nice dining options in the neighbourhood'

'Alles was gewoon top, behalve tv’s.
