'Everything about this hotel was clean and comfortable. I would stay there again. Staff was friendly and helpful. Water pressure was a little low; but I don’t blame the facility. Location was very convenient, lots nearby.'

'The room was very clean, towels were really plush, bed and pillows were plush and comfortable. Hotel was quiet at night and location was fabulous and very safe in a very upscale neighborhood. The only quirky thing was the bathroom door in the room was a sliding barn door made out of frosted glass with no lock, so the bathroom was not private if you are staying with your children, etc.'

'so check in was a mess as they would not let my wife check in without me as her name was not also on the reservation. i understand there are security issues but I assured the front desk she was my wife and i was authorizing her to get a key. I was asked to call central reservations but they were useless and could not help me as the reservation was made through expedia. I was able to get expedia to add the name and the hotel eventually let her in. but should not have been so difficult for my wife...

'When I arrived at the hotel, I was informed that my reservation was canceled. The hotel staff was very helpful in booking me a new reservation and also gave me a discount. The room had a slight odor but seemed to be clean. there was no telephone In the room the landing leading to the room, there were several people sitting out there smoking cigarettes, and the smell was going throughout the property. other than that It wasn't that bad for the price.'

'For the price this is a good hotel. Staff was helpful and pleasant. The breakfast is minimal. Waffles cereal hard boiled eggs yogurt some fruit. No cooked eggs or meat. There is a bakery/ with breakfast items on the premises. The AC was great and the beds were comfortable. This is a nice older hotel. Nothing fancy but comfortable. My friends and I would go back next year.'
