« The room was very clean and so was the general common areas. »

« Very clean hotel with friendly staff. Had the romance package which was amazing and well thought out. The hot tub was very large which was very roomy for 2 people. Many downtown restaurants and bars were within very short walking distance and did not need to drive at all. Heated pool and hot tub was nice and clean. Plenty of chocolates around was a great touch. Had a great time and would definitely go back again. »

« Cozy, clean place polite stuff , very helpful. Nothing bothers one here, it’s the perfect place for a vacation. Acceptable price too. I recommend any one coming to Lake Geneva on a budget but also in need of healing, mental health or just to escape the routine , stress of the big city . Ideas for improvement Maybe inside the closet (under TV) a good wash insisting on the corners then a moisturizer wood cleaner /oil (Mr. Clean Lemon Liquid or Pine Sol) smell good too.. It gives one confidence...

« My boyfriend and I stayed here for a quick getaway between Christmas and New Years. We loved everything about the hotel. Our room was beautiful and well stocked. The hotel was quiet. The only thing that I found odd was the front desk was closed a lot. At check out on a Monday it was closed. Other than that I would recommend this place 10/10 »

« Love staying at this hotel for my birthday!! This was our 3rd time staying here!! We also did ski that day at the Mountain top and it was nearby 5mins drive to our room!! The only concern is Room 6307 the shower drainage doesn’t drain well !! »

« Personnel très gentil et souriant La vue est exceptionnelle mais il est difficile de profiter du calme car la climatisation est très bruyante sur le balcon. Nous avons été réveillé dès le lever du soleil à 17h30 car il n'y a ni volet ni rideau occultant au niveau de la fenêtre du toit. Il faut privilégier une chambre au rez de chaussée. La chambre est confortable mais la moquette mériterait d'être rénovée. »
