'Fantastic little hotel. Beautiful pool. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend! '

'This is a beautiful oasis in the old town of Merida. We stayed here for 3 nights and we could not have felt more pampered, relaxed and happy. Steve and Jordy and their Yucatecan staff are incredibly sweet and welcoming, the place itself is like a dream, our Balam room was very comfy and had everything, including a hammock! We are very happy we stayed here and will certainly do so again whenever destiny takes us to Merida again. Thank you dear people, you made our Merida stay unforgettable.'

'Very clean property, easy access to the "downtown" area. Be prepared to arrange your own transportation, the hotel refers you to Uber or private transportation,b they do not make arrangements.'

'I've stayed in multiple places in Merida. This is the best one by far. My wife and I stayed in room 11 and it was surprisingly quiet. Wonderful staff, Included breakfast was delicious.'

'The location is excellent — just a 15-minute walk to the city center and several main attractions, which makes it very convenient to get around without needing transportation. Overall, the place has great potential due to its prime location and the owner’s attentive service. However, it requires better supervision and maintenance to provide a more comfortable and consistent experience for guests.'

'Amazing place, super recommended, amenities and people are amazing, and the food really good, I’m coming back with the rest of the family'

'The place was clean, and the staff was amazing.'

'Beautiful hotel.'

Mooie kamer, heerlijk bed, fijne badkamer. En alles is mooi en verfijnd. Het zwembad, het ontbijt, het personeel. Alles is gewoon perfect. '

'Heerlijk hotel. Goede voorzieningen.
