'Buen hotel'

'the lady at the counter was rude. The girls in the room next to us were very loud, I believe there was a party going on. So we went back to the lobby and want another room. The lady at the lobby said to us: “well, you are from another country, so you are not used to that”. Really?! We eventually got a new room but this is not the way to treat hotel guests'

'I checked out one day early, due to family situation, contacted Expedia to see if I had any request for a refund through Expedia. When Expedia investigated and called the hotel to confirm, there was no record of my early departure. I did speak with desk employee and handed in my keys. She did not hand me a receipt on the day that I checked out early as what Expedia had said to me when they were talking to the hotel. It’s kind of disappointing that the hotel could not verify my departure one day...

'The breakfast was excellent but always with the lack of diversity for fruits. The beds were comfy, the bathroom with enough towels but I would have preferred a shower and not a bathtube. The entry hall is huge and beautiful, the rooms could have some renovation.'
