'the hotel itself is near the shopping, bars and restaurants but just enough to be entry on a side street so you can relax a little from the chaos, the only negatives i can think of is getting harassed for change everytime your outside hotel - and for 3 nights that meant almost each time i enter or leave hotel which they should really do something about, and the vegetarian options of room service should be improved a lot and should be all hours for the 5 star level of hotel'

We did not eat food at the restaurant/ bar on this occasion but would certainly give it a go if we have a need to stay in Birmingham again in the future. 'Mooi appartement met alles er op en er aan maar wel een kleine badkamer met een open douche dus alles wordt drijfnat. Ook het 2 persoonsbed (denk 140x200) was heel klein voor 2 volwassenen. Maar voor 2 nachten prima te doen en dichtbij centrum, pubs en restaurants.'
