Con’s: I was told by booking company, Even Hotel provides tunnel access to Mayo Clinic.
It does not. Website showed 100% hardwood floors & hotel desk confirmed it. Not true. Half of room was carpet:(
Although very nice, I was disappointed the shower had no bars & no shower seat. Because most guest in a hotel near Mayo are probably sick/elderly, it seems...

'When we arrived, there was a person was sitting outside on the
Bench smoking marijuana. To my surprise he got up and came in Hotel and proceeded around the front desk to check me in! He acted like it was no big deal. It was 8 PM and I needed a place to sleep before my procedure at 6 AM the next morning at the Mayo hospital.
This hotel is is very rundown. I would not recommend staying there again.'

'It's a nice hotel but dated. Smells musty, water drains slow in sink, carpets look worn and dingy. The jacuzzi floor looked dirty. Didn't use the swimming pool. Breakfast is OK, sausages were lukewarm but the waffles were great!'
