'Pros:The rooms were immaculate! Full size fridge, microwave, dishwasher, dishes , utensils etc! Nice livingroom area. Cons: it's contactless but thankfully there was someone at the desk. We got our key cards but they didn't work so luckily she could fix them. I never got the email the last night with directions to check out as promised. But we figured it out.'

'The staff were great and the room was pretty, but unfortunately the building isn't well-constructed, so I could hear sounds through the doors, walls, and even floorboards (through the mattress). I definitely didn't love unnecessarily being charged a resort fee only to have money that I had to use on snacks and OTC drugs. I'd rather not have been charged the fee. I ordered ribs for takeaway, but they weren't very good. Despite the people really nice, they couldn't make up for the negative...

'The place smelt like a nursing home and the first room they gave me was dirty and smelt like it hadn't been cleaned at all. I felt like I could still smell the last people who had stayed there. I was moved and the next room wasn't bad but I will never be staying there again.'

'I had to register over a cell phone by a lady who couldn’t speak English. A man came on phone and said lady needed my id and credit card to take a picture on phone. Not too thrilled with that. Accommodations were ok for price. No coffee in room. Had to go across parking lot to office to get a terrible watered down cup of coffee. There was NO breakfast even though it was advertised on web. For $10 more I would rather go to Comfort Inn next door for great room and great breakfast of waffles,...

'I had a brief one night stay for an early flight. I didn’t have breakfast because I left too early. The outside of the building and the hallways are dated but the room was very nice, updated and clean. I would stay here again.'
