« Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Not as new as surrounding hotels, but everything was very clean. Breakfast had good amount of options. Only stayed one night but the full kitchen would have been very useful for a longer stay with kids. Would stay again when coming through Indy. »

« We were very unhappy with the room we had. Upon entering, we noticed ants in the sink but didn’t think anything of it. However in the morning there was a handful of them crawling everywhere, especially in our belongings in the bathroom. While staff was kind, nothing was done about it. They said that they have problems with booking through expedia, saying that the digital card they sent them would not clear for the room and they said its always haooens with expedia bookings. « They are in the middle of renovations, so things weren't in the best condition, but the rooms were spacious and had all the amenities that we needed. »

« The only nice thing about this hotel was the woman at the front desk. Specifically Charity- as Tonya was rude and very unprofessional. I was in the room for approximately 2 hours before the smell of weed filled the room. Dogs barking in the room upstairs, not to mention a dog in the hallway off its leash. I left the hotel after a couple of hours and checked into a different hotel. The hotel staff refused to work with Expedia and will not refund my money. I am being accused of leaving the room...

« Le bâtiment est quand même bien entretenu malgré son côté vieillot. Les lits et oreilliers très confortable. Au premier vous pouvez entendre l'eau passer dans la tuyauterie mais pour qualité prix j'y retournerais sans hésiter. »

« Hard to say something positive. Mainly a management issue. 100$ caution cash …even when the room is paid in advance … per room ! No receipt just pay, and that was the welcome we had after 30 mn waiting the return of the clerk. Coffee in the morning was was just sock juice and no shampoo just lotion in bathrooms… great feeling when you wash with lotion. The smell in the corridors are not even describable, awful ! « Very old and outdated. Online pictures don't seem current. AC works but very noisy. Room wasn't clean. Couple who cleaned were very old and couldn't get around very well. »

« Nasty place, boogers on the ceiling and walls. One pillow for a king size bed, hair on sheets and stains on the blankets. Food in the fridge that was molded. Crust nasty chair in the corner with stains. I do not recommend at all. They have a sign our front to lock your car doors that theybarent response for anything that happens. Not a good location »
