'We were very pleased with the property itself and the staff. They were very accommodating and let us check in early. I didn't realize the hotel was on a busy road when I booked it.'

'A beautiful stay in Guayacan. Staff very helpful. Grace was our favourite, she spent time teaching our children Spanish and made us feel very welcome every time. We had an issue with the water but this wouldn't put us off staying here again. A unique experience that we really loved. Food was delicious, go half board if you can. 'We arrived late after a long travel and wanted something close to the airport. We had limited options last minute. The walls in the condo needed a good scrub down. The beds were comfortable and clean. They provided way more than enough towels which was nice. However I felt like the place needed upgrades and wasn’t worth the big price. 'Room with great view over the ocean (just shame that a car park with a container was in the way). Service generally good, depending on which member of staff you got. WiFi is unreliable. Restaurant food generally delicious. Room could be better insulated, I heard the family next door through the connecting door. W’a so-called “Whatever Whenever” service is not really that - I couldn’t get help for even simple things like a stamp for a postcard.'

'The view is obviously incredible, which is what the resort relies on. The staff were nice enough, but lacked management and training in certain areas. Had they been more attentive, we would have spent more money. The food was well cooked but the menus are a little odd.
