This gorgeous 1 King Bedroom, 2 spacious Bathroom Condo on the 6th floor is completely renovated and updated with charming and classy coastal décor. It's the perfect "Home Away from Home" and is waiting for you to enjoy on YOUR Beach Vacation! This upscale condo has been totally redone with beautiful new luxury vinyl flooring throughout, stainless steel appliances, new furniture, and new gel mattress topper! You will enjoy the ice in the freezer door, the fully stocked kitchen complete with a Keurig coffee maker, spice rack, salt and pepper and a brand new blender for your use! There is plenty of cookware, dishes, and glassware for you to use in case you plan to stay in and cook a fabulous meal! You will find everything you need to make your stay complete including coffee pods, sweeteners, trash bags, soaps and shampoos, plenty of towels, clothes hamper, assorted clothes hangers, luggage rack, ironing board and a brand new washer and dryer for your use. This unit has a brand new air conditioner installed in 2020 that will keep you cool and comfortable and a brand new stand up shower in the master bath that will soothe your senses after a long day at the beach!

This relaxing retreat includes FREE beach chairs and umbrella during the season (March 15th or sooner through October 31st).

You will absolutely love this location! It is right next door to Runaway Island and you can also walk across the street to enjoy Mexican, Seafood, Pizza and Wings! Pier Park is just a short walk or drive away where you will also enjoy the Fishing Pier and many more fine restaurants and shops.

Emerald Beach Resort is true to it's name. It is a true upscale Beach Resort! You will enjoy the 3 pools, poolside Tiki Bar, hot tub, Starbucks, Sunsations Gift Shop, Grilling Area, Fitness Center, Ice Cream and snack bar, shuffleboard, corn hole, indoor and outdoor game rooms, Fitness Center, Day spa, and Boardwalk access to the stunning beach! We had a fantastic stay at this condo. It was exactly as advertised—beautifully decorated, very clean, and stocked with everything we needed. From coffee and cookware to a washer/dryer and beach towels, the host truly thought of everything.The balcony overlooking the beach was our favorite spot. We spent so much time out there just relaxing and taking in the view. The location couldn’t be better either—being right on the beach meant it took us only about five minutes to go from the room to the surf.Teresa was wonderful to work with and extremely responsive to all of my questions. We loved our stay and would absolutely come back.

Very nice, clean, and spacious!! I had a few mishaps but nothing major and the Host responded promptly and was very helpful!! The only thing i didn’t like was the maze i had to go thru to get to the condo, such as parking across the street in the parking deck, having to walk a ways across the sky bridge, then having to take the elevators to a different floor in order to access the condo!! I’m use to onsite parking and easy access!!!

The condo and all furnishings were beautiful. We felt like we walked into one of our relative’s house and were told to make ourselves at home. Every thing you could need was there and the entire condo was clean. The balcony, with the high top chairs and table was great, together with 2 lounge chairs for relaxing. Hosts were easy to communicate with.

The Condo was one of the best rentals we’ve ever had. It was so nicely furnished and stocked incredibly well from towels to cooking utensils to pots and pans. Very high quality! A nice added perk to have the two beach rental chairs available every day for us. Teresa was very responsive when we had any questions and issues. This made our 2-week vacation to Panama City Beach so wonderful. The pool areas were so nice and plenty of chairs available. The gym had all the equipment needed. The 2 gas grills by the parking ramp pool were very good. The elevators were super fast, no waiting. The Emerald Beach staff were always touching up paint and keeping the resort looking great. They kept it so clean and were so friendly. We would definitely use this rental again!

Beautiful condo with everything you need. Kitchen is fully stocked. Teresa had things most condos don’t include- we typically have to buy coffee pods, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, trash bags- we still did BUT it was so nice to have a starter stash! The sheets and towels were nice quality not scratchy hotel quality we are used too. The mattress was so comfy. The balcony was so nice to relax on and enjoy the view. The fridge having an ice maker was so nice to use to our cooler for the beach. The 2nd bathroom was big enough for a pack and play for our baby! My only feedback would be pack an alarm clock- condo doesn’t have. Pack a sound machine the BR is next to the outside hallway and you can hear guest walking back and doors closing and people talking. And pack a dark sheet or blanket and some clothes pins the BR has lights right outside and the curtains are sheet making the BR bright as you are trying to sleep.

10/10 would recommend! Great condo, love the beachy vibe, it was very clean, and well appointed. The check in/out instructions were easy to follow, don’t forget to print your parking pass. It’s nice having a door code keyless entry. Very important to us is a comfortable bed when we’re away from home so we don’t wake up with a back ache, this one is definitely comfortable. The chair service that comes with the condo is also an important perk to us so you don’t have to schlep chairs and an umbrella back and forth. Book the condo, enjoy your coffee on the balcony while watching the dolphins, you won’t regret it.
