  • Introductie van 401W, een lage vloer, eindunit die als nieuw is! Alle 3 slaapkamers hebben kingsize bedden. De 3e slaapkamer is een lockout-eenheid met eigen ingang, een eigen balkon, een complete badkamer en een kitchenette!

    Unit kenmerken: geweldig uitzicht, rustige unit, flatscreens in alle slaapkamers en woonkamer hebben allemaal kabel met HBO, volledig geladen keuken heeft alles wat je nodig hebt om in te eten, groot bad in master voor de dames om in te ontspannen, gratis DSL internet, super -leuke strandachtige inrichting.

    Slaapbank en 1 slaapbank in de woonkamer. Tweede slaper ottoman in de lockout. Unit slaapt 10. Alle nieuwe kleine apparaten, Keurig koffiezetapparaat, servies en besteksets. Duizenden dollars aan upgrades. Dit is ons tweede huis en het is ingericht en gemeubileerd voor COMFORT en GEMAK!

Great Place to Vacation

Great room, pools and wading pool for kids are awesome. Food at pool and in hotel was great! We f you have kids this is the place to stay. It was booked but seem to always have room in the pool and access to amenities.

We stayed in 401west had a great time, our granddaughters loved the kids play area, Jen was wonderful to speak with, we had a few issues with the TV, but other than that had a great Vacation and will definitely come back again..loved it..

Great stay at PCB. Condo was nice; kind of an interesting layout…You walk in to a small entry area and from there you go into one of the 2 units. The bigger unit has BR with en-suite, another BR with full bath across from it. Full kitchen in this unit. Both rooms and living room has accessible balcony’s. The other unit has bed, bath and small kitchenette. This unit also had a balcony so there was no issue with accessible views!!Splash is a busy place and 2 elevators per tower is not enough!! Busy check in and out time, as well as end of beach day can result in long waits for the elevators. I wish there was a ramp va steps to the beach for easier taking our wagon beachside.We had 5 adults and 4 kids so Splash was a good option for us. Alvin’s is across the street as is a candy store and delicious ice cream. Very convenient!!Parking garage with walkway to condo was great vs walking across Beach Front Rd with the littles.

The property was very clean, spacious and comfortable. My wife, children and my grandson all stayed comfortable in the property. We loved all the amenities and it was well stocked with bedding. We are definitely looking forward to another stay in the future.

Family vacation

We had a great time. Really was thankful for the bedroom with the kitchenette. It was perfect for the couple with the newborn. It was completely quiet for baby and convenient for late night feedings.

Great stay

This condo is an excellent choice for family and young children. The splash pad was nice and clean. The room was also very nice with all the cookware you need to prepare your own meals. I highly recommend this condo.

We love Splash. We have stayed several times and plan on staying again. The only things we wish were better is the elevators and a ramp instead of steps to the beach. The lady at the check in is also so friendly and Micheal at the chair rental is the best.

Great for the kids!

We had 5 adults & 5 kids & loved this condo. Plenty of room & all 3 balconies had an ocean view. Kids loved it as there was a variety of pools for them to choose from when they weren’t swimming in the ocean. Property owner was super nice and very helpful. Would highly recommend!

One of the best family vacation in years!

We really enjoyed the stay. The property was very relaxing and the beach chairs that were included was a very nice plus! The kiddos loved the splash pad they played their hearts out. The rooms were spacious and the view was fantastic! We will definitely look at renting this property again…. Thank you Jen for the great vacation place !!!!

The condo was great, very spacious, well stocked plenty of room for everyone and the best amazing views of the beach!!! And the Host Jen was absolutely wonderful…she’s great!!! We will definitely stay here again in the future!!! As my husband is in a wheelchair and we have to use a lift and he’s wheelchair bound at all times except for me putting him in the bed, that tells a lot bc everything was accessible for us in the room and spacious to get him around and in the bed etc!!! GREAT PLACE!!!

Family Vacation

If you are looking for the perfect place to go with kids this is it! The condo was just as advertised! Spacious with plenty of dishes, pans, towels etc. perfect location on the beach. Pools both shaded and full sun. Property manager very responsive and check in check out Wasa breeze. If there was any complaint, the property could use more elevators but this is the 4th floor so stairs weren’t a bad option! If we travel with family to PCB in the future would definitely stay here again!

Spent the first day going to the store to buy sheets, cleaner, pillow covers, a bed cover…had to sweep and wash all the comforters etc myself. Pee stain on one bed. Towels smelled like cigarettes (which is ironic since it’s no smoking) and so I had to wash those before everyone would use them. Food and candy under beds. Master sink is clogged … you can see when they can’t reach high enough to actually clean the windows… spend time cleaning where the sliding door opens bc it was so hard to move. Front desk receptionist for check in was rude. Elevators… 20 minute waits and not just on check in and checkout. Everyone complains about them… it never gets better. Stairwells are dirty… but you will use them. Closets are unusable. People leave their open cheez it boxes and large boxes that are empty bc they don’t know where to put them since you can’t put them in garage shoots. Pillows are yellowed and thrown on the floors in closets with sand toys on top of them. Honestly… I left it cleaner than I got it.
