Tucked away in the Park side of Rosemary, the Bacon on the Beach Cottage sits steps away from North Barrett Square and only a couple minutes walk to the beach. This three bedroom cottage boasts an open floor plan, neutral tones, and a pavered deck courtyard with outdoor seating.

A grand vino-inspired kitchen sits neatly near the entry way and features bar seating for three and grand granite counter tops. Sleek white cabinetry meets stainless steel appliances, featuring a large refrigerator and a Thermador gas range, perfect for whipping up a delicious meal. A quaint half bath sits off the kitchen, with great access to the back door entryway and courtyard area. Across from the half bath sits a laundry nook with a small seating area and full-sized LG washer and dryer. Antique wooden beams greet the rounded entry to the main living and dining area with plenty of seating for entertaining.

Ascend the full wooden staircase just off the living room, up to the second floor. A grand master bedroom awaits to the right of the hallway, boasting a lush king bed facing a 42-inch flat screen TV and private bathroom with double vanities. A tiled walk-in shower sits parallel from a grand walk-in closet, with plenty of space for storage and travel luggage. Head out to a covered balcony with a view of Atticus Lane, complete with three seats perfect for lounging with your morning coffee.

Down the hall sits the third and final guest bedroom, complete with a queen bed and a 32-inch flats screen TV.
