Welcome to The Perch at Grand Panama! We are located on the 17th floor in Building 1 (beach side) of the Grand Panama Beach Resort in beautiful Panama City Beach, Florida!

Our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo features 1,135 square feet of comfort and luxury. The open floor plan flows gracefully with a distinguished coastal theme and perfect blend of textures and colors. This beachfront paradise offers stunning floor to ceiling windows and plenty of living space with comfortable seating. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a full range of cookware and high end furnishings with granite counter tops, steel appliances and custom tile accents. The private balcony is furnished for comfortable lounging and offers a breathtaking view of the Gulf Coast. This condo will accommodate a total of 8 guests.

dit appartement ligt nabij pretparken en aan het strand in Panama City Beach. Pier Park en Thomas Drive zijn enkele plekken die je als fervent shopper niet mag overslaan. Als je liever de natuur intrekt, kan dat bij Stranden van Panama City en Frank Brown Park. Ga naar Publix Sports Park om een evenement of wedstrijd bij te wonen en maak ook wat tijd vrij voor Shipwreck Island Waterpark, een topattractie die je zeker niet mag missen. Beleef de wateravonturen die de regio te bieden heeft, zoals jetskiën, kajakken en duiken. Maar ook mensen met watervrees hoeven niet stil te zitten en kunnen fietsen. We arrived on June 17th. The check in process was good, we got there super early but were able to register our vehicles and use the pool and beach until check in time. Our check in did get pushed back 30 minutes however we didn’t mind as we were able to sit by the pool. The condo was nice and clean, very neat and well stocked with towels, toilet paper etc. the owners of this condo definitely make it feel like a home. The parking garage at the grand panama could use some more security as there was multiple vehicles without passes taking all the spots making the guest parking minimal. This is frustrating because you spend $80 for 2 vehicles and have to either stay or get your vehicle back before 6 to get a decent spot. other than parking the grand Panama is our favorite resort, accessible, clean, quiet at night overall just great! Until next year! ☀️

We loved our stay at this condo. The room was clean and updated. Great location-17th floor - as long as you don’t mind heights! Check in/check out was easy. Parking was a little more than we expected-$80 for two vehicles so plan for that. The Grand Panama itself was in a great location. The pool/grounds were Very nice and clean and compared to other places we have stayed, not super busy. We had ZERO issues with elevators- I don’t believe we ever waited more than a min for an elevator. Overall our entire group said we would definitely stay again! A few comments for improvement - the mattress in the second bedroom was sunken in the middle and there is not a lot of dresser space to be able to unpack everything. Definitely not a deal breaker though, we look forward to returning!

Perfect Getaway Location

Can’t say enough good things about our stay! Communication was quick and clear. Expectations and rules were thorough and fair. Everything was clean, the views were amazing, and the beds were SO comfy. Would definitely stay here again.

The perch was A fantastic getaway. It is as described by the owner. Absolutely love the Decour. The pool and the beach was awesome. I definitely would like to rent The Perch again. I truly appreciate the owners letting me enjoy their condo.

Towels were dingy. Hairs on the pillow cases. And they were also dingy. Children’s handprints on the wall. 3 TVs with bad batteries.. cheapest 1 roll of toilet paper Iv ever encountered. No soaps for showers. And wasn’t told to bring my own. The entrance off of BeachFront road was dirty and no one around to tell. The heat blowing from every room in the halls was rediculous. And the town seemed dirty. And it was inconvenient to have to walk across the street to check in after unloading on the other side of the street.

Great place, great host.

Just a few things to note. 1. There are very limited towels…Bring bath towels and hand towels. We had 6 guest and only seven towels. There are no bath mats, just one shower towel per bathroom. We found ourselves washing towels everyday, because we had to use one for the floor. There is one hand towel per bathroom and one in the kitchen. 2. There are 2 parking garages. Our first night there we spent 45 minutes driving around the garage looking for a spot. So did about 6 other families. The attendant offered no help and never mentioned the other garage, so just want save you the frustration. That’s it. Everything about this unit and beach were lovely. The hosts were very responsive and handled every situation that came up. The tiki bar sells some food too, so that was a nice option some days. This beach itself is very much a party beach, so if you’re looking for something a little quieter this might not be the spot for you. If we come back to PCB we would definitely stay here again.

We came to Panama City Beach for my husband Ironman 70.3 Gulf coast. We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The location was perfect! The condo was really cleaned. We had an amazing stay and would definitely come back to this place.

The amenities at the condo are great, very easy to get around, very clean. Easy elevator and parking The condo its self was a little run down and the furnitre was scratched and old. The Master bathroom was not great either. Very few towels or toilet paper provided. The kitchen had the BARE necessities, no dish rag or dish clothes the pots and pans were filthy and we did not use them. for the price the condo needed a lot of updating.

Fabulous summer getaway

We stayed 7 nights, Everything from check-in to check-out was fabulous at the Marto’s perch of Grand Panama! We travel all over the world and this condo ranks in the top 10 of our beach stays! We will be back! On our last day in the condo we even decided we wanted to stay a few more days and reached out to Valeria to see if there was additional available days, sadly there were guests checking in right after we check out. The Marto’s are great & always respond quick to any questions! Looking forward to our next stay!

Very clean, Amazing views in this perfect getaway condo

The room was perfect, clean and fresh. We had an issue getting in because I did not realize the lock had to be turned; I was used to the automatic keyless entry. After walking in, all worry disappeared and we had an awesome time. There is lots of places to go within a few mile radius and all the stores you could need. We stopped by target and walmart for groceries and such but otherwise everything you could need is on the main road. The beach was amazing and so clean. We sat out on the beach and watched the sunset on our last night of a wedding vacation and it really was peaceful. I've been doing Ocean City MD for my entire life and this is something comparable in a different, less city way. Anyways, the room was perfect, mostly everything you could need to cook all meals and fully furnished. The balcony is great with the outdoor table. Really great condo and would recommend if it fits your location desire.
