Lakefront Wharf has a lot to offer. Pools, food, arcade games , bars and even a bowling alley. The location is within walking distance to anything you need including beach access right across and groceries. What made this experience the best was Lori the host and the condo itself. The unit is beautifully decorated with an amazing view. Lori provides information on anything you could need. The luggage cart was such a bonus and the unit is in close proximity to vehicle parking and elevators. I highly recommend this property and will definitely be back with friends and family again. Thank you Lori!

The condo was exactly as shown. Everyone thought it was a beautiful condo. Although the walk to the beach was a little long for me at times being pregnant, it was worth it woth how beautiful the beach was. Lori was wonderful when I asked about a highchair for my 2 year old, when she didn't have one, her husband went out the next morning to get us one. That was so appreciated! The only thing we would improve with be the cookware options. I know most people probably eat out on vacation. However we are ones to stay in eat. All in all, it was a lovely experience.

Exceeded expectations!

We absolutely loved PCB. It was our first time there and it exceeded all expectations. The condo was perfect! It was very clean and had plenty of room. It was in a great location and It had a great view of the ocean, there was so much to do in the complex and a short walk to the beach and Pineapple Willy’s. Lori is a fantastic host! She is very responsive. We had a little hiccup with check-in which was no one’s fault but she hopped on it and got everything squared away. We will definitely stay here again when we return to PCB, if we don’t buy a condo ourselves! This was by far the best VRBO experience. I highly recommend!

Condo is as described. Lori is a fantastic host! Wasn’t communicate with and quick to respond.Only downfall and this has nothing to do with the owner, just PCB in general is the smell of weed is EVERYWHERE. The beach, the streets, stores, the pier, standing on the balcony. Literally everywhere.Other than that the stay was nice and can’t ask for anything more beautiful from Gods creation than the ocean.

Wonderful property! Clean and had everything we needed. Check in process was easy. Even though it was cold, there were 2 hot tubs and a heated pool for everyone to enjoy. We will be back!

We like our privacy and space!

We have always stayed directly on the beach, so we were nervous we wouldn't enjoy going across the street. However, for the same price as a 1 bd 1 ba beachside, we still enjoyed the beach view, sunsets and 3 bedrooms and 2nd bath! It was so worth it to have a separate room for our 18yr old and his friend! Everything was clean. We had surprise coffee and hot chocolate, thank you! We soaked in the master tub almost every night. I wasn't sure about the bed or pillows at first because they were so bouncy, but I absolutely loved them! Lori was super with communication and gave me some great tips. The only thing that I am sad about was leaving. We'll be back soon! ~Ruthie Renae

Our stay at Laketown Wharf was great! We had plenty of space, the room was clean and looked just like the pictures. We enjoyed the beach cart with chairs and umbrella! Lori responded quickly to the couple of minor issues we had when we first checked in and resolved them quickly. A+ Host!

Lori’s unit was great. Woke up looking out at the ocean from the balcony. She had everything we needed and then some. Communication with her was awesomely me as she responded immediately and she provided clear/concise directions that helped with check-in. Great Condo!

If you are looking for a great condo with wonderful hosts, this one is hard to beat. Great communication with the host! The condo is super clean and the air conditioning was wonderful. All of the beds are so comfy you will sleep like a baby. Plenty of seating on a very relaxing couch. Book this condo. You will not regret it.

Absolutely awesome property!!

I have booked many vacations via VRBO and dealing with Lori was by far one of these easiest and most responsive owners I have met. The condo was as pictured and was by far the cleaniest condo that I had entered while staying there. We had a travel baseball team staying at Laketown and Lori's condo was by far the best. Location on the 6th floor is handy due to the fact you can park on the 6th floor of the parking garage and walk to the condo. It is a bit of a walk but who doesnt need a walk after eating on vacation. As for the condo and our comfort of staying, Lori and her condo is a easy 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. The condo is stocked with everything imaginable to make your stay feel like home. The only negativity I can relay, is to do with Laketown itself. Elevators are fast but getting on one at peak season is not the best. Slower seasons, probably not a problem. Also, to note, be careful of what you lay down at the beach near Pineapple Willys, we had some slides get stolen and there was always police activity there at night. Other than that, we had an absolute blast staying for 9 days. Would highly recommend Sugar Shores for your stay in PCB.

Everything about our stay was perfect! Beautifully decorated and incredibly clean space, awesome resort with many fun & family friendly pools to choose from, several restaurants on site, and walking distance to a beautiful beach. We had a blast and highly recommend this rental!
