My family and I arrived 11/04/25 to this Beach/Penthouse condo. It was a perfect vacation destination and a lovely and a beautiful home as well. It was well equipped with everything one would need. Clean and more than comfortable. Easy access to the beach and just a few step to the beach which was incredible. The pool and hot tub were incredible too. We hope to come back again. Great place for a getaway. Location was nice. More of a laid back area. But still close to all the places you want to go. Private beach was nice. Paying for the chairs was worth it. Rooftop pool/hot tub was relaxing. The two outdoor showers were nice to get all the sand off. The cafe right there was convenient for a drink while you watch the sunset. We will definitely stay here again!

A break at the beach

The only thing better than the location—a rooftop condo, steps away from the pool and just across the street fro the beach entrance—was our temporary home away from home. The unit is very well appointed and comfortable my wife and I needed a quick break and we got exactly what we needed. Booking was a breeze and our host, Monica was quick to respond.

Great property

We really Waterhouse. We stayed in a different unit in this building last year and loved both of them. The beach access is very convenient. Our property manager was very helpful in dealing with the situation of Hurrican Helene that occurred during our week stay there. Would definitely stay there again.

You'll Love It!

Another wonderful stay at this great property. Oceanview, amenities galore, designated beach space, and close proximity to shops-restaurants-Publix. The condo is furnished well and met all our needs. Kitchen was sufficiently stocked with basics so we cooked and ate in all week. Just note that there's no crock pot so plan accordingly. Lastly, checking in and out was very simple and straightforward, probably the easiest we've ever experienced in all our years of vacationing here. Monica is a very attentive host and was quick to respond when we needed her assistance. It was the perfect family beach vacation and we hope to return next summer!
