  • Welcome to Bella Casa beach house, offered by High Tide R and R! This stunning 3-story, 3-bedroom, 4-bathroom home w/ loft sleeps 11 guests and offers breathtaking beach views from the 3rd-floor balcony. Just steps from Patches and walking distance to St. Andrews State Park, you’ll enjoy the best of Panama City Beach. With spacious living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and comfy beds, this retreat is perfect for families and groups. Relax, unwind, and make unforgettable beach memories!

    This spacious home features 3 bedrooms with the loft serving as the 4th "bedroom", alternatively referred to as "sleeping area" with a twin over full bunk, queen bed and games to play. What makes this home even better is the first and second floor bedrooms have en suite bathrooms! The loft has a half bath with toilet and sink. Both 2nd floor bedrooms have desks with chairs.

    *Note: Bella Casa sleeps 12 guests. You must be 21 years of age or older and attending with the group you are booking for. Guests under 21 must be approved by host prior to booking.

    *UP TO 2 SMALL DOGS ALLOWED UPON APPROVAL FROM HOST AND PET FEE PAID*

    We offer beach equipment service or equipment rental that we can leave at the home for you. If you need a beach umbrella, beach tent, beach wagon and/or beach chairs, let us know and we'll give you a price and leave them at the house for you.

    Additionally, we offer baby equipment rental, like highchairs, Pack N Plays, etc. and you may let us know in advance if you need to rent any of those items.

    Lastly, we also offer concierge airport pickup service and discounted photography sessions that can be arranged in advance. Please feel free to send us a message or text if you need any of these services arranged for you.

    This property has security cameras recording 24/7 at the front door / driveway and backyard that are there strictly to monitor the property when it is unoccupied, ensure occupancy is adhered to and to reference in case of an emergency or accident.

Great Stay

Wonderful updated property close to the beach. Nice and clean property with plentiful of towels available. Would recommend.

Family Beach Trip

Our family took our first beach trip together in over 5 years, we sought out the perfect beach house and this home didn’t disappoint! Home had a great layout for everyone to have their own space, along with the open floor plan downstairs for everyone to be able to hang out together. Short walking distance to the beach made it very convenient. Very relaxing and peaceful area! Highly recommend

My husband and I brought our five grandchildren and their parents for the first week of August and this was the perfect area! The home is beautiful and very accommodating for each little family. My son and daughter in law have three girls and my daughter and son-in-law have a boy and girl and every room was used very comfortably! My husband and I had our own master suit with the bathroom and we loved the layout. I think he was actually making mental notes when we go to redo our room at home. The walk to the beach was great!! It was not bad at all. Such a quiet area. Our grandkids loved the pool. We all were able to sit out and relax or get in the pool with them and play around. When we got there the lower level wasn’t as cool as the middle and top level, so I reached out to maintenance and they came out immediately and got things working and we didn’t have anymore issues our entire stay. We will definitely look to purchase this for a week again once we decide when we are able to take another family trip.Thank you so much for opening your home for others to experience the Florida life for a week.

Only a bucket to dip your feet in and a hoseBlender base but no blender bottle.No place to unpack clothes in master brIt might sleep 12 but you certainly can’t feed 12 with the cookware provided and only room for 6 at the table. At most 7 and 3 barstools at the island bar.The host was easy to communicate with once I figured out the systemThe washer and dryer worked greatThere is no beach view and you can see some of the water from the third balconyVery short, walk to the beachSeating in the main living area for about six people. And the reclining furniture is in pretty rough shape.
