Calypso Tower III offers a plethora of amenities, designed to make your stay more enjoyable. A luxurious, zero-entry heated pool is available for your swimming pleasure year round. A large sundeck with loungers lets mom relax and read a book while the kids swim. For those hoping to avoid the sun, cabanas are available for rental. Hot tub and Fire Pit are available for those chilly evenings when you're not quite ready to head back upstairs! Pool bar, restaurant, fitness center and gift shop are available on the first floor.

At Emerald Hub you will find Charlie’s Café serving Charlie’s Donuts and Lucky Goat Coffee, Happy Scoops dishing up premium ice cream, Golden Seashell offering an assortment of beach supplies and Emerald Kitchen serving fresh made to order sandwiches, flatbreads and sides.

And beach access is just 200 yards away!

Calypso Tower III’s Resort common areas are smoke-free too, for your family’s health & safety. The building is angled to provide views of the ocean, coastline, pier, and sunsets as well as views of Pier Park and all of the activities there. A 3rd floor walkover connects Tower III and the parking garage to Towers I and II.

Calypso Tower III is located on Front Beach Road and is walking distance to Pier Park, Shuck’ums, Diego’s Burritos, and soon-to-open Top Golf of Panama City Beach! Walk to Runaway Island, Sharky's, and the Pier. Pier Park offers shopping, Skywheel, Grande 16 Theater and Dave & Buster's. Concerts and Festivals at Aaron Bessant and Frank Brown Parks are also just steps away!

This unit comes with 1 parking space. Calypso charges $60 per vehicle to park per stay. Additional parking passes are subject to availability and cost $60 each. Management Fee includes parking for 1 vehicle, as well as cost for wristbands, also required by the complex.

Parking Notes: To enter the garage, you will need the barcode you purchased from your Calypso Registration email. This is your gate access and the only way in and out of the parking garage. Once inside the garage, you may park in any unmarked spot. The sky bridge is located on floor 3. Keep in mind: the parking garage max vehicle height is 7’ and there is no guaranteed onsite parking for oversized vehicles. No Scooters, Golf Carts, Rentable Mini Vehicles, Boats or Trailers allowed on the property.

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Florida Panhandle Property Management furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has starter amenities shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided, as well as beach towels and black makeup washcloths.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION IN ORDER TO ENJOY YOUR STAY

This unit sleeps up to 4 people, perfect for couples, small families, or a mini-girlfriend getaway.

NO smoking (cigarettes, marijuana, cigars) or vaping allowed, even on the unit’s balcony area.

Check-in is at 4:00 pm, and check-out is at 10:00 am.

Primary renter must be 25 years of age and remain on property for the duration of the stay. In accordance with Florida State Statute 509.41, reservations made under false pretense are null and void, and check-in will not be allowed, or guests will be asked to vacate the residence without refund.

Property Wristbands: Must be worn on your wrist at all times while on the property. This is for your safety, as well as for your fellow guests.

Quiet time hours & disturbances: Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 10:00 AM. Be mindful of other guests and keep noise levels to a minimum at all times. This resort has a zero-tolerance noise policy. If there is a noise complaint from other guests, security, or neighbors, you may be issued a warning or be asked to leave the resort without a refund.

Pools & Hot-Tub: Hours: Open 8am-10pm / Closed from 10pm– 8am for maintenance.

Chairs are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Towels and other personal items do not reserve chairs. People do. Refer to posted pool rules before entering pools or hot tubs.

Please note: In case of hurricanes or inclement weather or due to necessary repairs, certain amenities may be closed and/or unavailable during your stay. We cannot guarantee the availability of any of the resort's amenities.

Pet Policy: Guests may not bring pets to Calypso Tower III - No exceptions.

Inappropriate attire is prohibited and is at the discretion of the Security Team.

Please be advised that while we do offer free Wi-Fi, service in the area can be spotty regardless of provider. Should you require stable internet service for work or pleasure; please bring an ethernet cord to plug into the router or bring access to a hotspot with you. Limited tech support. No refunds for any interruption in Wi-Fi or Cable television service during your stay, NO exceptions.

Signature of Rental Agreement by Primary Renter required.

No parties or unregistered guests.

Lack of adherence to any of the above will result in immediate eviction and no refunds of any kind.
