Get away from it all at this fantastic beachfront condo! This 1 bedroom / 1 bath condo sleeps 4 and has all the comforts of home in a beautiful beach setting.

This condo is one of the very few 1 bedroom condos in Panama City Beach with the master bedroom facing the Gulf. You have full views of the ocean from your bedroom, living room, even the kitchen! It's our home away from home, and we know you will love it as much as we do. We created a beautiful setting inside the condo to match the incredible gulf views outside.

This property was exactly as advertised. It was a truly wonderful stay. You could tell it had been pretty recently renovated and it was still in great shape. The bed was comfortable. The couches were nice to lounge on. I like to cook. The kitchen appliances were in great working order. My one and only complaint is the property really needs some new balcony furniture. It was in very bad shape. That’s my favorite place to be. Other than that, it was fantastic. The property manager is great to work with. Oh, I have to say how great it was they reached out well before our visit to inform us of some upcoming renovations to Long Beach. It was nice to have a heads up. Everything is conveniently located.

Don’t expect an actual comforter. You have two flat sheets with a brown blanket in between. When I emailed about it they claimed it’s “3 piece system that they have used since Covid” the furniture outside it’s literally rusting apart. The pool with the bar closes at sunset lol only think I can say is location close to pineapple Willy’s and pretty views.

Summer 2025

We enjoyed our stay. It was a relaxing getaway and we look forward to coming back. I would suggest update the balcony furniture. It is in bad shape and was not comfortable to use which affected our watching the sun set or just being able to sit on the balcony and watch the waves. Overall the condo was like the pictures and was clean.

This was a great place to stay. The beach was amazing and the updates were awesome! However, I believe the balcony furniture needs to be updated. The legs were rusted on both chairs.. otherwise we would stay here again for sure.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo, very nice, and clean the only thing we didn’t care for was the couch to sit on was uncomfortable but that’s due to being a pull out couch, other than that it was great.

Some things nice Condo

Condo was pretty, did not like the bathroom the bathtub is way too high and the caulk around the edges had a lot of mold, the bottom of the tub looked very dirty. No comforter on the bed just sheets and brown blanket. The worse part about this condo was the outdoor patio furniture, was completely rusty, I moved it down once and my hands smelled just like metal. Those chairs and tables are a hazard, someone could fall and get hurt if they broke which they are going too once the rust gets all the way through the metal. That large patio is wasted. You need to add some new patio furniture, maybe a place to eat and also another place to relax, but NO metal. Also leave some instructions of how to work the tv, we couldn't find anything to watch, couldn't get the tv to work at all. We ended up sitting on our own beach chairs that we took with us. Homeowner did a nice job remodeling the inside just NOT out on the patio they failed outside in a BIG way.
