  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Awesome location, beautiful home, tons of beds and bathrooms. We really enjoyed our stay here! It's so close to the beach and on a nice quiet street.Just be sure to ask for extra supplies before hand like soap, dishwashing soap, toilet bag, garbage bags etc. Thanks!

Family Getaway

Our stay was wonderful - the location was great - close to the beach and things to do, everything was clean and spacious. The pool was a nice addition, but it would be a great touch to have some better lighting in the evening - some lights in the pool itself or around the pool. We enjoyed staying at "Emerald Paradise"!

Perfect Beach House

Loved this beach house! We had 10 people stay and the house was plenty big enough! We had a toddler with us so the Master on the second floor was perfect when she took her naps, it was away from all the other rooms and couldn’t hear hardly any noise. We LOVED the pool. House was very close to the beach, plenty public parking for the beach. 3 min walk to the beach, but we had a lot to carry so we did drive. You’re right in the middle of Panama City! So close to everything. 10/10 recommend staying here! We had a great vacation with family and friends!!

Great location

Approximately 2 blocks from beach one way & same to $ General the other way! House was very clean except grill- had tons of ants in it. Tried turning it on but no luck. Bedrooms were great for kids & adults. Would be nice if they had a few more kitchen towels & supplied beach towels! Was a good house & vacation!

40TH BEACH TRIP

There were 6 of us who stayed at this home. We had plenty of space! It was in a great location,close to the beach, stores, restaurants, and shopping. Host was very professional and nice. Replied back to any questions we had without hesitation. Beds were comfortable and the pool was a nice touch. I would definitely stay here again.

Peaceful and relaxing

I expect that the stay would have been different if it had been hot outside, but because it wasn't, we got exactly what we wanted, a very peaceful and relaxing stay. The beach is literally across the street, so we took one quick stroll to it. We are cooking people and with walmart being right around the corner we had no problem getting what we needed quickly. The home was clean and spacious. We had an issue with the water not being hot, but with a quick message sent to maintenance, they were there the next morning. The home was also equipped with everything we needed, even though we brought a lot of things. We will definitely come back when it's warm outside so that we can enjoy the cute pool area, we still sat out there for a while because it was just too cute not too! Overall, we enjoyed it and hope to come back and stay in this home!

The property was everything as stated. We were very impressed with the room the home provided for a family of 15. No one bumping into each other. The beds were comfortable and the pool was great. The home sits across from a beach access and allows a great view of the ocean. Very impressed and have found our future return spot for my family gatherings. Home needed nothing done and there were no negatives to report. Blueswell sent a few messages checking to see if everything was great. Very impressed with this 5 star home.

Family vacation

I can honestly say that the location and size of home was perfect for our extended family vacation of 13 (kids/adults). The home was very clean with the exception of the floors upon arrival. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything to accommodate meals at home, especially breakfast. I will say that the home could use a new washer and dryer, the washer seems to damage your clothes with excessive lent and the dryer does not work properly. It takes multiple cycles to dry the load of garments, this can be an issue with many people staying at the home. I would suggest a new grill, there is an existing one but it is very rusted. We would definitely stay here again as I reiterate the great location and size of home and hope management company would take some of my observations into consideration to make this home truly perfect. *I can say I did have an issue, I received a text message the day after we arrived while we were at the beach stating that a maintenance person would be coming by and installing a dish washer. I was not made aware prior to check in that the dish washer did not work and felt that this maintenance call could have been handled when the unit was not occupied. I declined visit as we were going to be heading back to shower, etc. and we were a group of 13. We stuck to hand washing dishes our whole stay.** We also had visits from the property management company 2 mornings in a row with a rental agreement form to sign, I had never experienced this with any other properties.I am not saying it was the case but it almost felt as if we were being monitored, though there is a Ring at the front door that could easily be accessed by owner/company, which didn't matter to us as we were not doing anything that was not allowed.

Beautiful House - Amazing Pool - Steps from the Beach

We spent a long weekend with some friends for a bachelorette party. House was amazing - enough beds for 7 of us. Downstairs room with bathroom was extremely convenient. The pool outside was beautiful and a short walk across the street was the Gulf of Mexico. A maintenance man (I'm sorry we didn't get his name) came to repair the front lock while we were there and went above and beyond by fixing the TV for us. Extremely happy with Blue Swell and vrbo !!

Family Vacation

We have 12 in our family. 6 adults and 6 children. We love the beach and Panama City Beach. The pool at the house was wonderful . Everyone was able to enjoy it. We liked the house, but would've liked another bathroom and bedroom with a door. All in all we liked the house, the amenities and location.

Really have no bad things to say about this property! The house was gorgeous and perfect for the 14 adults that we had in our group. It is literally right across from the beach and the pool was also a big hit!
