Simply put – there is no other condominium like this penthouse unit on the 22nd floor of the gorgeous Seychelles Beach Resort. This deluxe 3 bedroom/2 bath condo is unsurpassed in beauty and breathtaking panoramic vistas.

The first thing you will want to do when you arrive is to fling open the drapes – beginning in the front master bedroom and continuing to the gulf master bedroom. Step outside on the private wrap around balcony to take in the soothing sights and sounds of Panama City Beach, where you’ll delight in the temperate breezes and amazing sunsets. There is 120 feet of balcony that surrounds this unit. Feel free to chase a rainbow across the sky. About one percent of Panama City Beach condos offer wrap-around balconies.

From inside this professionally decorated condo, where fine art graces the walls, you’ll delight in wonderful vistas from each of the numerous windows and glass doors. The gulf master bedroom with a king-sized bed opens up to views of the crystalline blue-green waters of the gulf. The second master bedroom, with a queen-sized bed and private balcony, overlooks the bays, the Grand Lagoon, and waterways everywhere. The third sleeping area features two twin beds. The oversized living room features queen size sofa sleeper

Both master bedrooms have an attached full bath, and the gulf master bedroom offers an inviting tub for two. The open modern kitchen includes every amenity of home with incredible views, tempting you to create your own luscious meals, perhaps while you enjoy a nice glass of fine wine.

The relaxed setting and views of this getaway-in-the-sky invite conversations, introspection and relaxation. Although the condo offers TVs in several rooms, you may find a good book enticing you to simply read and relax, or you may feel the pull of the sugar-white sands and emerald waters to walk along the beach.

Seychelles Beach Resort is also like no other. Located on sleepy Gulf Drive, a block off Thomas Drive, the resort offers a carnival atmosphere of visitors and local residents walking to restaurants and shops.

Stroll next door to Schooners, known as the last local beach club, where locals come to dine and dance. Don’t miss the grouper sandwich there – it is as good as they say.

Save some time to drive up the beach to our new Pier Park Center. Here you will find a hundred new shops and restaurants. Pier Park was developed to have something for everyone, and it has succeeded brilliantly. From the condo you will also be within walking distance of St. Andrews State Park, and only moments from the marina, where you’ll find excursions to unforgettable Shell Island.

This is a dreamland setting. The beach is blooming with both activity and restfulness.

PARKING:

Parking permits for onsite are $25 per vehicle, 2 max, except as noted below during peak season.

Seychelles only allows one vehicle during peak season and certain holidays due to limited parking. Currently only one vehicle is allowed on site per unit for the following dates:

• May 22 through 25, 2025
• June 14 through July 26, 2025
• August 28, 2025 through September 1, 2025
• October 19, 2025 on Sunday during Schooner’s Lobsterfest, should it occur

Guests traveling with more than one vehicle during the above dates will need to make their own offsite parking arrangements. Public parking with pay by app is available on Churchwell Drive behind the Ocean Villa parking garage and behind Burger King at the intersection of Richard Jackson Boulevard and Front Beach Road. There are three primary paid parking lots on the beach operated by the City of Panama City Beach. These lots are located at 9941 Thomas Drive, 600 Henley Drive at Churchwell and Front Beach Road, and 11209 Front Beach Road at Richard Jackson Boulevard

I knew going in that this was a high rise and anticipated lots of other vacationers, I did not realize that it is next door to an even larger high rise with lots of vacationers. We had to walk several properties down the beach each day to avoid the crowds. 3 bedrooms is a bit misleading. The 3rd "bedroom" is roughly 8' x 8' and does not have a door. It has a twin bed and pull out trundle which takes up the vast majority of the space. It would be fine for small children but definitely not great for older kids and absolutely not for adults. There is zero privacy in this room and no real space for luggage or to unpack. The balcony is very large and amazing, however, it is not well furnished at all. The layout of the unit is nice, the master is separated from the other bedrooms and is spacious. The living area and kitchen are spacious and comfortable. The wrap around windows are awesome and provide views all day, every day. The pools are a bit small for the amount of guests and only 1 small hot tub. Workout room is ample, elevators were pretty quick. It took a little getting used to, having to enter a code in all doors/ gates but it was nice to not have to worry about a key! It is an older building and the unit could use an update and a little TLC but nothing alarming. Check in is a breeze as you can just go straight to the unit and enter your code, no stopping at an agency or desk first! We did eat at Schooners next door, it's OK, and were able to walk to a couple souvenir shops down the road. I definitely recommend St Andrews park just a mile or so from the condo and a visit to Shell Island, both were pretty breathtaking.

We stayed for a week and had a very nice time. The beach is fantastic and the views from the unit are spectacular. Schooners is right next door and they have an outside bar for food and drinks. The property manager was very attentive to our questions and promptly replied. If we plan another trip to Panama City we will stay again.

Definitely will stay here again. Only suggestion I could offer is that a dresser is needed in 2 of the bedrooms for non-hangable items.

The view from this condo is amazing! The view was worth what we paid for the week. We had no problems waiting for elevators like we have in some buildings. The owner was very nice and easy to work with. My child actually left his iPad in the unit. We noticed this about 2 hours after we left. I emailed the owner and he stated housekeeping found it and he mailed it back to me. We had a wonderful time and the beach bar next door had wonderful food. The unit could use a paint job and the sheets in the master bed room need to be replaced. Overall we were happy with our choice and hated to leave!

Seychelles is a great property but this condo could use some TLC. It took the refrigerator forever to get cold; had to store our perishables in the freezer overnight. The freezer wasnt great either. I would not trust icecream in it. The master bedroom was the only one with drawers for your clothes so I had to live out of my suitcase for the week. The kitchen is fairly well equipped but there is no where to store your food. The shower curtain was in state of disrepair and the toilet paper holder kept sliding knocking the tp roll in the floor. The living room was great with plenty of seating and the deck was nice too. The pool area is nice and the short walk to the beach is a plus for us since there are small children in our group. The elevator wait times are minimal too. I will definitely stay at Seychelles again but for the price it will not be at this particular unit.

Overall a good place. For the price I expected a bit more upscale furnishings, and not so many maintenance issues. The maintenance Dept. Came to check on us unsolicited and addressed the issues to our satisfaction. Great view! Beds very comfortable!

The view from this condo in unbeatable. Probably one of the best in PCB! We enjoyed out stay here and were sad to leave! The owner was easy to work with and very responsive! I am only giving 4 stars for a few reasons: The condo could use some basic updating. The walls in the smallest room desperately need painted, and the TV cords were just hanging out of the wall. Wouldn't be difficult to just make that room a little more presentable. The fridge is not cold in the slightest. Massive lack of basic household items. I have stayed in many many condos in PCB and Destin and never had such a lack of basic items like windex or toilet paper. For people who are flying in and not bringing their own stuff, be prepared to have to go and buy a lot of items that are generally provided in other places. Between the two glass eating tables and the glass door, having glass cleaner provided is a must. You will need to bring your own toilet paper, paper towels, foil, all cleaning supplies, etc if you don't want to live in your own filth! They provided tons of bath towels which was must appreciated. The master bedroom bed is very comfortable. The beach is amazing, everyone we met was friendly and nice. Very kid friendly condo building. Thank you!

We had a great time, beautiful condo, great balcony could have used more towels, and the third bedroom needs better beds, but overall our experience was great.
