Make good use of the electric grill available on the balcony and surprise your group with delicious grilled treats. The modern kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a glass-tile backsplash, and a Keurig coffee maker. The Gulf-front family room offers not only a queen sofa bed but also a 65-inch 4KUHD TV with a Blu-Ray player for your viewing pleasure. The dining room table seats eight, with three additional stools at the peninsula.



For your extra comfort, the Gulf-front main bedroom has a memory foam bed, a 50-inch 4KUHD TV, lamps with built-in plugs for your charging needs, and a bathroom with double vanity and a tiled walk-in shower. The floor plan provides a spacious bedroom layout such that the bedrooms are not next to each other or across the hallway, providing extra privacy and noise reduction. The bunk room (which can also sleep adults) has sturdy custom built-in bunk beds with memory foam mattresses, a TV, a charging station, shiplap molding to the ceiling, and an adjacent full bathroom in the long private hallway. The private studio efficiency suite offers a memory foam bed, a 46” plasma TV, a private bathroom, a separate balcony with Gulf views, and a well-appointed kitchenette with a mini-fridge, coffee maker, and microwave.
