This spacious 4-bedroom townhome offers plenty of room for everyone. One bedroom is located downstairs, while the other three are upstairs. The property features a stocked kitchen, a private patio with a natural gas grill, and various amenities for your comfort and enjoyment.

You can use the Golf Cart. Our golf cart is gas & street legal. You can go 200 miles on one tank of gas which is provided at arrival. Making it easy for you to explore our slice of paradise without any worries. When you ditch the confines of a regular car and drive the golf cart, you experience the salty sea breeze in your hair, and the sun on your face as you zip around in open-air freedom!

The community is conveniently located just across the street from the beach, with a private beachside pool at the restaurant and a large island play pool among the nine other pools. Enjoy free activities within the community, 11 pools 5 are heated, including pickleball courts, playgrounds, an 18-hole putt-putt course, tennis courts, shuffleboard, and a fitness room.
