To start off, parking was horrible, our party was 4 adults and 2 children, there were only 3 towels and 2 wash cloths in the rental. The bath tub drain was stopped up, we gave the kids a bath after coming in from the beach and it took over 1/2 an hour to drian. Beds were covered in sand and I don't believe the floors had been cleans since the previous renters. Breaker box in the hall had been worked on recently and it had wires exposed "definitely not safe". Sometime in the 24 hrs before leaving our vehicle was hit in the parking lot, there is 24 hr video surveillance so I contacted Vacasa to see if the video could be reviewed to get a description of the vehicle that hit ours or a tag number and was they couldn't look to give us any info, I asked for contact information to the property owner and was told I couldn't have that either. This is definitely the worst stay I have had in the past 15 years of 3-4 weeks a year staying in PCB.
