Phenomenal location with amazing views! Best area in PCB in my opinion. Beautiful condo, didn’t lack anything! A few issues, construction going on with no notification, potential issue with plumbing. Was offered another condo, corner unit, so we wouldn’t be bothered but only offered us 100 refund to do so. Elderly mother and disabled daughter, luggage, food to move, 100 was not worth it. Plumber showed next day and walked in, told the unit was vacant. Beach Service rep was rude, several guests mentioned this. Workers in snack shop/bar were SUPER friendly! Overall, was very happy with this place.

The condo was well stocked, nicely decorated with ample storage and had lots of extras like boogie boards, beach chairs, liquid handsoap for each sink and smart tvs. Looking forward to staying here again!

Beach getaway

Beautiful room. Elevators had maybe a 5 minute wait...which isnt bad for 25 fliors. Saw dolphins and sea turtles from our balcony. All staff were very kind and hospitable! Would definetly stay here again!

College Grad Celebration

Both of our kids graduated college and this was a family holiday celebrating. This place was awesome! Balcony every morning with my coffee and the sound of waves was the best! I recommend this place and want to come back tomorrow already! Thanks so much for the wonderful week!

Beautiful Views and Comfortable area

Enjoyed our stay to the fullest very easy to get to beach...great veiw..beautiful condo. Would definitely stay again. Only issues was the ice machine but they did bring us ice. Maintenance was fast and check in and out was super easy.everything was remarkable clean

Amazing Condo!

We enjoyed our stay. Condo was right in the middle of plenty to do. We enjoyed our mornings drinking coffee watching for different kinds of fish, dolphins and sting rays. Evenings had some great views of the sunset from the balcony. Beds were super comfortable. This was our first trip with a corner balcony. Would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking.

Everything was very nice , we did have ants in our 20th floor condo, but they stayed in one area and for the most part did not bother us.The condo was somewhat clean with exception of the guest bathroom. All in all we would probably stay again. The views were amazing and the condo had everything we needed.

Family Spring Break

Our family enjoyed our spring break stay. The condo was as advertised, nice decoration and corner lot. We enjoyed sunsets on the balcony. The roadway is very busy and has loud car noise. The drivers were very nice allowing you to cross the street or merge into traffic. The pool area was very nice, great alternative to the beach.

2023 Family Vacay

Condo was.as advertised great place to stay! Only problem we had was guy running beach chairs we reserved to someone else and said he thought we checked out! That was on Thursday and we actually checked out on Saturday! We don’t blame that on people involved in our booking it’s all on beach service taking care of there on interest ! We had great time at 2011 Sunrise Beach perfect Condo for family!Thanks!

Perfect location

Perfect location with beautiful view of the ocean! The condo was lovely, it had everything you could need. Only complaint is the cleaning was not great, we had an infant and the floors were very dirty. I had to mop 4 times to take the layer of dirt that had built up off. The second master bed is very worn down in the middle and you sink in. Other than that the condo was very nice and you can tell it is well taken care of. We will definitely be back!

I can’t say enough about the view! The view straight out back to the ocean and the western view allows for perfect viewing of PCB’s gorgeous sunsets! Beautifully decorated.

Absolutely gorgeous condo!

Everyone absolutely loved the condo, the views and the furnishings. Thankfully the owners paid attention to the details, which made a big difference. Loved that there were plenty of places to charge devices while hanging out in the family room.
