Brand new, luxurious studio suite condo in Seacrest Beach! This one-bedroom suite is located in a prime walkable location directly on 30A, just steps away from the beach and 18+ world-class restaurants and bars. This condo is located between Rosemary and Alys Beach and blends modern style with coastal comfort! This space is perfect for a couple, a girlfriend getaway, or a small family (max 4 people).

As you enter, you’ll find an equipped kitchen well stocked with all NEW items for you to use. There is a refrigerator with a freezer and separate wine cooler fridge, a microwave, a Keurig, and an electric cooktop. Enjoy your morning coffee or a cocktail on the covered balcony overlooking the pool and 2-tiered fountain.

This condo is perfect for a couple, a small family, or a girl's getaway who appreciates attention to detail. We aim to make your vacation relaxing, comfortable, and convenient. Decorated in cool crisp whites you will experience the true beach vibe. The brand-new king bed has luxurious high-end linens that provide the best night's sleep. We also offer a brand new queen sofa sleeper in the family room for additional sleeping with a new memory foam mattress. The living space includes a brand-new 65-inch smart TV.

Access to a zero-entry pool with fountains, (great for kids) and a large community pool, hot tub, gas grills, and a fire pit at night in the square. You will also have access to 2 bicycles so you can explore the 17-mile bike path and tour around Rosemary and Alys beach. In the evenings, this neighborhood is a wonderful place to gather after a great day at the beach and enjoy great seasonal entertainment! They offer outdoor movies, festivals, farmer’s markets, and much more!

This condo is just a 5-minute walk or bike ride from Fonville Press, George’s, The Citizen, Raw & Juicy, The Pearl, Pescado, and all the charming shops that Rosemary and Alys Bach have to offer! Also, the brand-new Publix grocery store is less than 3 minutes away. Whether you’re seeking a relaxing day at the beach, exploring the local dining scene, or soaking up the culture you’ll find everything you need here!

Beach Access: Enjoy the beautiful sugar white sand beaches that made 30A world famous. The deeded beach access for Seacrest is located directly across the street! Guests can walk to the beach within 3 minutes or take the complimentary golf cart tram by getting on the tram stop right outside our condo. This condo comes with the use of two backpack-style beach chairs that guests are welcome to take to the beach, as well as beach towels! Beach service is also available and can be reserved prior to your arrival (details are included in the welcome packet).

Starter Pack: We provide our guests shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponges, and laundry detergent pods. Guests are responsible for supplying their amenities once our initial pack is depleted.

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days before the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days before the arrival date, no refund will be issued. For your protection, we encourage you to purchase Travel Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking, otherwise, the reservation is subject to cancellation. Airbnb guests have a separate cancellation policy.

Please be advised that while we do offer free Wi-Fi, technical difficulties sometimes occur. Should you require stable internet service for work or pleasure; please bring a hotspot or an ethernet cord to plug into the router. No refunds are granted for any interruption in Wi-Fi service during your stay.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

NO PETS and NO PARTIES are allowed under any circumstances. No more than 4 guests are allowed in the condo. NO SMOKING is allowed in the unit or on the balcony. If guests violate this rule at any time they will be asked to vacate the property and no refund will be issued.
