Me & my significant other stayed here, and it was very outdated! The TV’s said no signal on them & could not even watch Netflix or anything. It was also confusing because they had three remotes for each Tv. The table in the kitchen was broken. Then the curtains in the shower had yellow must everywhere. I feel like we got catfished!!

Construction

The facility and staff were great, but the construction at the time of outlr stay was more than i could handle. It should be done in March but we didnt want to listen to it till then. Facility qent above and beyond to help us find another alternative

The perfect place to stay to get away!

The room was very clean and had a perfect view of the pool and beach. I’d definitely stay in this room again…. If it was on a different floor. The only problem we had was the elevators. This resort has 22 floors and only 2 sets of elevators, totaling 4. during our stay only 3, sometimes 2 were working. So during peak hours it would take a lot of patience waiting to get on. Many times we had to wait a second or third time for our turn on the elevator. We waited so long after we first got there we actually walked the 18 flights of steps with 4 kids. I thought I was going to die in the hot stairwell lol. Checking in was a bit of a strain as well because on line it said our wrist bands would be in the room and they were not. I also read online that our wrist bands where included but they were not and I paid around 80 bucks for them. I also see on the fridge that the price was 50 for them so idk if that was out of date or I got ripped off and had to pay for something that was supposed to be cheaper and included. But the room itself was awesome. Very clean and well stocked of essentials. They could use some updated cookware but we managed. Over all I’d stay again but maybe on a floor closer to the parking garage, a lower level.

Loud and worst elevator ever!!!

Condos are nice but the elevators are the worst I’ve ever seen. The waiting time and crowded. Parking garage is to tight for cars passing especially in the curves.

It was not that bad

The good: clean condominium in very good condition, clean hotel pool and clean beaches. THE BAD: ok I'll start with THE SECURITY STAFF OF THE WHOLE HOTEL ""VERY BAD"" they think they own the entire hotel, they are foolish, arrogant and do not help, the elevators are CRAP A REAL HEADACHE, the parking lot is ANOTHER CRAP, ANOTHER REAL HEADACHE, the hot tub is only for 25 people, for a hotel with 796 condominiums I think the tub is a mockery, I THINK I'M A SADOMASOCHIST because every year I go to the same hotel but for next year IT'S TIME TO CHANGE, if you like queuing up in elevators and in your car in the parking lot and if you like bad treatment by the staff THEN THIS HOTEL IS GOOD FOR YOU. Lo bueno: condominio limpio y en muy buenas condiciones, hotel limpio alberca y playas limpias. LO MALO: ok empezaré por EL PERSONAL DE SEGURIDAD DE TODO EL HOTEL ""MUY MAL"" ellos piensan que son dueños de todo el hotel, son majaderos, prepotentes y no ayudan, los elevadores son una PORQUERIA UN VERDADERO DOLOR DE CABEZA, el estacionamiento es OTRA PORQUERIA, OTRO VERDADERO DOLOR DE CABEZA, la tina de hidromasaje es solo para 25 personas, para un hotel de 796 condominios creo que la tina es una burla, YO CREO QUE SOY SADOMASOQUISTA por que cada ano voy al mismo hotel pero para el otro ano ES TIEMPO DE CAMBIAR, si te gusta hacer filas en elevadores y en tu carro en el estacionamiento y si te gusta el mal trato por parte del personal ENTONCES ESTE HOTEL ES BUENO PARA TI.

Wonderful vacation and condo

My husband and I had our trip scheduled for some relaxation. It was just that from day one. The check in process was uneventful, the condo was very clean and everything advertised. We loved our relaxing vacation and our stay in this condo and will schedule it again for future vacations.

Do yourself a favor and keep browsing....

First of all, I am disappointed that VRBO would even list this place. The actual complex is nice, but they literally only have 3 sets of 2 (total of 6) elevators in this entire complex, only 4 of them were working during our stay. I called the management line to request a blanket (I know, such a difficult request) since there were NO BLANKETS in the ENTIRE unit!! There were bedspreads, which smelled like someone else's body odor, on all the beds, but no blankets. The lady was really nice, and said that no one could bring me a blanket that night, but could at some point the next day. Ok, no problem. Never heard from them again, nor was I able to get them on the phone again, so we never had blankets. Luckily, I am going through "the change" and gave my body odor bedspread to my son, who slept on the couch, while I simply folded two flat sheets in half and covered up that way. Very luxurious on my mini vacay. The unit was dirty; there was still sand and dirt on the floors and when I got in bed ( I slept in the full size bed that was in the bunk room), there was still sand all in my bed. I gave my parents the master, and they said that someone tried to put a queen size fitted sheet on a king bed. There were no more fitted sheets in the unit. Overall, the stay itself was a complete nightmare. It was the week of the 4th, and I paid a lot of money for less than mediocre conditions. I will never stay here again. I will also never rent from RealJoy Rentals again. There was ZERO joy in this unit. As for VRBO, as a frequent traveler, I'm very disappointed.

The elevators were terrible. We tried to make trips to and from the room minimal as possible. This made trips to the beach harder since we had to pack so much and we tried to only leave the resort for dinner due to elevators and parking. The reserved parking and garage itself were chaotic. I feel like we didn’t do as much because of the accessibility of the property. The instructions given in the email vs a binder we’re not the same. I hope we followed directions properly regarding check out. Our floors were not very clean, carpet stained, towels stained but otherwise appeared clean. The location is wonderful with great beach access if you can ever get there. The resort had the potential to be a lovely spot but I will likely not return.

Nice condo

We definitely enjoyed our stay this condo. The price was a little more reasonable than others. It’s listed as a one bedroom but has another bed in a small alcove area off from kitchen , which was nice. Elevators can be a challenge with some not working at times. The view from the balcony was beautiful overlooking the pool and ocean, we were disappointed that we could not see sun rise or sun set( or have a view down the beach ) as the condo is located within the middle condominium. The carpet in bedroom needs to be replaced, it’s not very clean in appearance. Kitchen was very nice, furniture was average and basic furniture on the balcony. ( chairs and one small drink table ) Overall , the condo was nice and otherwise clean. The balcony is a comfortable size. I had called the first day to report the Ice maker did not work. The management company offer to come right over to check it , we bought ice and ask that they wait until after our checkout. They were super friendly and said , if we changed our mind, please call back. I also received text message after my arrival to make sure our stay was going well and ask to please call with any issues. Parking is assigned in a very small end space with large concrete columns. While trying to squeeze my full size 4 door truck into the space, I damaged my passenger side mirror. You are unable to park and open passenger doors, so friends got out before I parked. Be aware of small space for parking. The last day during check out around 900am , alarms were going off to Evacuate as I was headed back up to get the rest of the luggage. Elevators were all shut down for a brief time. I contacted the management company, as I was concerned about what was going on and being late to check out. They were awesome to work with and offered immediate assistance. She assured me that there would be no issues if it was a late check out , ask how could assist us and most of all, she was on the phone with a manager to get someone in route to be available to assist if need be. While it all worked out, there was no fire ( a large water main busted ) I was out by 955 am and all was happy !! Security was strict within the property at pool , parking etc… I found staff to be friendly and properly well kept. We definitely enjoyed our stay minus the vehicle damage and the last day evacuation alarms :) Very pleased overall.

Winter Break (February 22-25)

The view was magnificent! The room was clean. However, there was a very strong musty order coming from 2nd bathroom to the small bedroom. They sent someone immediately and they changed AC filter and gave us a spray. It didn’t work. The kids couldn’t sleep on couch because there were no curtains on sliding glass door for morning sun. Kitchen fully equipped. There are 3 chairs on balcony, so pictures not completely accurate. Really need side table on balcony to put drink/plate on. What was little odd was that there was no door to master bathroom. So if someone is in bed and you are going to the bathroom they can fully see you. Couch and mattress ok but starting to show age. It was off season so no chair rentals, tiki hut, bar and pizza were closed. But Pineapple Willy’s is right next door and AMAZING! Never had problem finding a chair at pool which was amazing. Outdoor pool was ice cold to the point kids weren’t even using it. It is not heated at all. Hot tub perfect. Just little shallow and small. The night before we left spring breakers were arriving and young adults screaming until 4am off balcony. I will definitely come back to resort.
