6/10 Satisfaisant

Les points forts : Arrivée, communication, emplacement et exactitude de l’annonce
Les points faibles : Propreté
The property was on the beach. Easy access and loved the outdoor shower for easy rinsing off after coming off the beach. The property had one barbecue grill you would have to share with about 8 other families. The bed sheets were not clean. We actually took them off and washed them before sleeping on them. In the kitchen we found a bucket of sand and seashells that a previous occupant must have left. Full kitchen, several dishes to use, dishwasher was handy. Property had three tvs in each bedroom and living room area. I would stay here again because the price and the location was great. Close to pier park and right in the beach is everything we look for when staying.

4/10 Médiocre

Les points forts : Propreté
Les points faibles : Arrivée et communication
We wasted our entire first evening just trying to check in. We had to contact management multiple times over the course of ages hours because we couldn’t even access the parking lot—someone was parked in our designated space. The property managers solution was to have us park across a busy four-lane road with three kids, which was not a reasonable or safe option. Did not offer any compensation for missed time. The place was clean, but the lock on the door was broken. The shared deck was disappointing. The neighboring guests had their belongings spread out across it, making it impossible for us to enjoy the space we paid for. On top of that, the noise was constant, with loud stomping from the unit above and noisy neighbors throughout our stay even though there is “quiet times”.The owner was nice, and the location was great, but the overall experience was frustrating and not worth the money. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t stay here or deal with this company again. I feel it was a waste of money.

2/10 Horrible

Les points faibles : Propreté, arrivée, communication, emplacement et exactitude de l’annonce
Stayed 1 night of 4 bc the home wasn’t as advertised. The photos ARE MISLEADING-make the home appear much fresher and better maintained. Homes won’t always have updated finishes, but I expect them to be clean, well taken care of, safe, and well represented. We stayed the 1 night only bc our flight came in after midnight. In our very short time there the issues were glaring. The home was dirty. A thick black dust covered air vent above the bed, thick sand covered the floors after “just being cleaned”, and the walls had visible dirt and streaks. Noticeable safety concerns: the bed frame was broken and the mattress sat on the floor, the patio door wouldn’t lock, difficult and unsafe to operate, the front door security chain had been busted off, and the electrical panel cover was broken and exposed. Before our stay, communication was accessible, although a request for my driver’s license didn’t come until I had no way to back out, which I now see as a safety issue because of this review. After sending pictures of concerns, 6 messages over 4 days and NEVER received a response, apology, or acknowledgment—even after saying we had to find another place. I wasn’t expecting a refund. I just hoped the owners would acknowledge the problem and take responsibility. Instead, silence. I can’t recommend this property. Not being accurately represented, significant cleanliness and safety issues, and the lack of accountability made the disappointment much worse.
