🏖️Aqua 1410 Oceanfront; King/Dbl beds, 2 full baths

Aqua is a luxury condo located on the quieter west side of PCB and is one of the best complexes in the area. Aqua 1410 has a private balcony accessible from both the living room "and" master bedroom.

We provide FREE beach chairs from Mar - Oct to maximize your beach enjoyment - a savings of $50+ daily.

The kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped with with a regular coffee pot, Keurig, toaster, microwave, blender and kitchen tools to prepare a meal. The kitchen table seats four. The family room has a flat screen tv with cable, queen sleeper sofa and two comfy chairs.

The master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable king size bed, flat screen tv with cable and access to the balcony. Enjoy spectacular views of the gulf and even a peaceful moon at night from the MBR! The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and an en suite master bath with granite counter tops, soaking tub and a separate glass shower.

In addition to the MBR, there's a "bonus" room with a full size bed and nightstand. The second full bath is conveniently located across the hallway.

Aqua offers great amenities ~ a heated indoor pool, two beach pools, hot tub, steam room, poolside cafe with cocktails (daily drink specials) and a kid's program.

We're within walking distance (.4 miles) to Pier Park - 125+ stores, restaurants, live music, IMAX theater, Dave & Busters and more!

AQUA is convenient to Hwy 79 and I-10. Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport is approx 15 min drive from our condo.

My favorite part was the location. Right across the street from Shuckums! The room was great. The only complaint and it’s not really a problem is that there was not a clothes hamper to take the clothes back and forth to the bedroom or just to put the dirty laundry in. Everything was great though! Highly recommend!

Absolute best place ive ever stayed in.. pics dont do it justice bc the sunsets on that balcony are spectacular! Check in instructions are spot on and everything was so thought out and well taken care of. Beds are super comfy and having plenty towels and wash rags made me so happy as well as the cooler bag and complimentary chairs. This place is such a center hub for activities and they were all in walking distance. Best vacay ever! Thanks for making my birthday weekend so special ... ill be making this a yearly visit for sure!

The location was excellent in relations to the event we were attending. Appliances were in excellent condition. The only concern was the bed linen. According to the owner the dryer made dark spots on it. I suggest purchasing new linen and repairing the dryer. Overall, the accommodations would get a 4.5 star rating.

Excellent place in PCB!

This condo exceeded our expectations! Larry is an excellent communicator & it is clear he takes pride in his property. The kitchen is well stocked for those that would like to eat meals in & the accomodations are top notch! We have stayed in many condos along the Gulf Coast & wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. My only hesitation in sharing a great review is that it won't be available the next time we want to visit!

Great location & plenty of space

I had a good idea what I was in for going in as I know someone who stayed in this exact unit the year before. I traveled with my 14 yr old son, my 16 yr old daughter and one of her friends. We were never short of things to do even when the weather wasn't exactly what we'd hoped for. We would happily return.

We loved the week we spent in PCB at Aqua 1410!! Very comfortable condo, fast elevators, gorgeous scenery!! Loved all the close by shops and Pier Park just a bit further! Shuckums and Diego’s had great food and drinks!! Kitchen was well equipped with needed items and Keurig. Comfortable balcony furniture and beach service! Note: extra room has curtain, not a door just fyi. We hope to be back soon!!

Great location

We really enjoyed staying at this property. It was a girls weekend we had plenty of room. The location was great and we enjoyed having the reserved beach chairs and umberella. Make sure to take extra soap and shampoo because there were no starters.

Great spot!

Stayed during spring break, location great for parking car and leaving it in garage for week. Had multiple friends stay in different condos within building and all commented on our stay, the amenities as well as communication with owners. Would happily stay in same until again!
