As close to the beach as you can get! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The fifth level provided a glorious view of the Gulf of America in all its beauty! We enjoyed our breakfast and dinners on the balcony overlooking the sunrises and sunsets! The couch was a cozy place to end our days after soaking in the sun on the provided beach chairs with the friendly man who set them out for us. The kitchen had about everything we needed for our 6 night stay. We had an issue with the bed being squeaky and it was repaired within 5 days of us being there so we got to enjoy the repaired bed on our sixth night. It was a fabulous accommodation for all of our needs! It had the best view of what we came for-God’s masterpiece, the ocean!

Air in the bedroom did not work very well and stayed hot. Fire alarms in unit went off everyone we seemed to cook. Overall unit was okay. Resort was nice but listing should indicate that this is for the Leeward and is not directly close to large pool.

Perfect location, fantastic view of the ocean, cleanliness could have been better, toliets continually clogged up and no plunger in the unit,toliets need professional attention,no blanket for the pull out sofa. Mold smell in living room. Excellent pool situation.

Most uncomfortable and stressful vacation ever

The ac was not working upon checkin, room and freezer reaked of a fish odor and only 1 lamp in in the unit had a good bulb. I don't know how cleaning crew didn't notice the smell or feel the heat. Trying to get response from anyone was almost impossible! Some days 3 messages before anyone responded, usually to say it would be fixed that day but it wouldn't be. The room was sweltering, not a cool respite after a day in the sun and very hard to get ready to go out, too uncomfortable to sleep well and impossible to cook, just too hot. AC repaired on 3rd day but didn't last, quit after 12 hours. My husband was told to defrost it and put towels down for mess on first night.Had to throw away foods put in freezer due to odor absorption. Went and bought cleaner, room deodorizer and odor absorber for the freezer ourselves. After a few days they put some baking soda in the freezer and brought light bulbs.On 4th day got some fans.Couldn't enjoy view because certains had to stay closed to keep out heat from the sun.Response from management team was limited and very brisque.Finally new ac on day 5. Have requested a refund of nightly rate for the first 5 days. They asked us what we thought would be fair and that seems fair. Now we wait. They have to look at their notes and submit a request and will get back with me. Hopefully with what we asked for so we can put this whole experience behins us.

Complex and restaurant, amazing. Condo, not very clean and AC went out. The bed wasn’t comfortable.

Our stay at PCB was great! I will definitely return and stay again at Edgewater. We really loved the resort and the staff. I will recommend to others.

November getaway

A beautiful location! The Edgewater property is quite nice. We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tubs. The view from our balcony is lovely and the balcony chairs are really comfortable and allow one to see over the railing. The unit was reasonably well appointed and comfortable. We liked the sectional sofa.The bed is in need of replacement.

First October Beach Experience

Beach was wonderful and clean! Water temp still warm enough to get in ocean. Condo was well equipped with everything we needed. No issues with booking, communication or getting into the condo. Beautiful views and we especially loved the panoramic views of the beach through bedroom and living room! We will recommend this place to friends and family! Thanks for a lovely stay.

Leeward Room 503

Host told me it was in the Windward Building of Edgewater via text. So I was locked in on that. The confirmation did say Leeward Bldg. which is next door but I overlooked that until we couldn’t get in our room and I called the rental company. Had to reload car etc Also could not get my husband on the internet to play his games cause he doesn’t do the sun. That was a bummer for him. Called and texted internet support but no resolution. The room was nice. a as pictured. The mattress needs updating. Very uncomfortable Liked havin2 bathrooms. But very satisfied in general.

Girls trip

Loved the DJ at the pool and the Karaoke poolside. While the condo was drab and the sleeper sofa needs to be replaced, the overall property was clean and safe. We had a blast and found great places to dine.

Disappointed

I have never left a review before but I believe everyone should be aware of this room because the listed reviews are misleading. When we arrived the room smelled awful and not just cleaned, my husband checked the air filter and it was covered in dirt so he changed it out which didn’t help much. We went to the store to get air freshener and cleaning supplies to make it somewhat enjoyable for our stay. The couches had an awful smell to them and they were filthy, we had to cover them with extra sheets so we could sit on them. The bedroom had two very flat and uncomfortable pillows so we had to go out and buy better ones bc they were flat as a board. The bed itself was so loud and made a sound every time you turned in the bed so our sleep was awful during our stay. Lastly we wanted to do laundry as we paid to have a washer and dryer in the unit for our stay when I opened the washer the smell coming from the washer was gut wrenching and the amount of mold inside of the washer was awful. The mold had been there for a long time, this wasn’t recent. We were unable to do laundry of course do to the condition the washer was in. Starting out our vacation like this was very disappointing and stressful since we drove over ten hours to get there. I am very upset because there was no one to assist us besides the gate attendants and they were no help, they all had bad attitudes and treated us like we were a bother to them. I won’t ever stay here again and want to be reimbursed

Easy Beach Access

We loved how easy it was to get to the beach! Great views. There is a pool at this building but is not a bad walk to the large pool. I like that there is a gym and restaurant on site too.
