'La propiedad estaba muy caliente y el aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien! La puerta trasera no cerraba bien y se podía abrir fácilmente aunque tuviera la cerradura puesta! La parte del piso superior tenía todo el suelo de concreto agrietado! Los números que tenía para contactar no funcionaban! Tuve que buscar otro sitio de hospedaje y ni siquiera contestaba el correo electrónico! No me devolvieron mi dinero! Que vergüenza hacer propaganda con semejante porquería '

'I was told to call 24 hours in advance, and the lady that answered said we did not have a reservation and she spoke very good English, and this was two phone calls one by me and one by my friend who is Panamanian. She said she had not dealt with Hotels.com since Covid, I booked another place not through hotels.com You refused to publish my review… and that is wrong wrong wrong. Hotels.com should fix the problem!'
