'We received a room upgrade due to being assigned the wrong room upon arrival. The room was brand new and large with a comfortable bed and huge bathroom. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant meals were excellent with good portions. And the pool with the swim up bar was a welcome treat. portions. '

'We absolutely loved staying here. The overwater bungalows were so enjoyable to experience. The staff was very attentive and are fluent in English. Being able to swim in the water, enjoy all the wildlife, paddle boarding, and kayaking will give us plenty to do while we stayed there and the water taxis were very easy to get the staff can even help you get one if needed.'

'Prachtige kamer, erg prettige staf. Vakkundig, vriendelijk. Ruime kamer, fijne keuken erbij. Ontbijt bij Lily's is een heerlijk begin van de dag. Super centraal gelegen. Een Oase in een super relaxed oord. Kamer met seezicht is prachtig , kamer met zicht op mainstreet is super gezellig. Uren naar het straatgevoel zitten kijken, wijntje erbij. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.'

'My wife and I stayed for 9 nights last week and couldn't believe how quiet, peaceful and lovely the place is! The beach was beautiful and private. The whole place is private! You are literally on a remote island that is off the grid! The only place to connect with the outside world is in the main clubhouse where there is satellite internet, which we didn't mind at all bc we were definitely trying to unplug. There are some activities you can do such as your basic water sports or book...

'Sehr geräumiges und modern eingerichtetes Zimmer. Wir sind mit Kind gereist und hatten ein extra Zimmer, also bot das Zimmer viel Platz. Es war top sauber! Lage großartig, da nicht zu laut (da etwas abgelegen) aber auch nicht zu weit weg vom dem highlife der Hauptstraße oder Flughafen, alles fussläufig. Fähre/Speedboothafen genau gegenüber Frühstück ist mit inbegriffen, aber es war 150 m von der Unterkunft entfernt, dafür ein schönes Restaurant mit Meerblick. Rezeption sehr nett und...

'Beware! This hotel is not in central Bocas Town, even though that is where the Expedia map and the "View in a map" function shows the hotel to be. The hotel is actually on Isla Pastores, which is at least a 30 min boat ride from Bocas Town. The hotel is not at all convenient for the main Bocas del Toro attractions, such as snorkeling, surfing, Starfish beach, Red Frog beach, Zapatilla Islands, etc. The hotel appears to be trying to lure customers into thinking that it is centrally located....

'Great staff. Nice room. Great beach. Bring insect repellent! It's a bit of a hike from the pier to the room, so call ahead and they will help with your luggage.'
