'This hotel took me a long time to find, also I was surprised about how far it is from the city centre. Future Inn is in the Derriford Business Park and is wel served by various frequent bus links into city and beyond. I had a lovely stay here, the room was a generous size with daily housekeeping included. It was very easy to request a disabled room. All staff were very approachable and friendly, and were able to advise me on local bus routes into the city. I was super impressed by the water...

'Absolutely loved Grace! She greeted us upon arrival and was available the entire weekend for our stay. The small staff was exceptional! All very friendly. Accommodations were modern and clean, bed was comfortable. While it wasn’t a bothere to us. Be warned they have live music on weekends so it will be noisy from 9-11p.m. We would stay here again if we were ever to come back to the area.'

'The property was easily found by using a Sat Nav. The property inside and outside was very clean. There is a narrow gravel drive up to the property so Parking was in the village square which was a short walk around the outside of the pub, so not recommended for disabled as there is also steps up to the entrance door. The entrance was a wooden decking which had a range of colorful potted plants and well maintained. The owner was very helpful with directions and places to visit and eat...
