'I cannot say enough good things about The Cactai. This place is absolutely beautiful and the rooms are clean, really well appointed, and spacious. I had a couple things I needed help with and the owners were extremely responsive and friendly. The pool area is immaculate and quiet and the location is so close to great coffee and food. This is the perfect solo retreat and I’d recommend it to anyone! '

'This is quite possibly the most underrated property in Palm Springs. Experiences from check-in, the stay, and check out were perfect. The staff was very friendly, I believe the owners were on site as well, making sure everything was in tiptop shape. The room was clean and amenities were sufficient. There was ample parking spaces and also a free electric vehicle charging station. I would most definitely choose to stay on this property again. '

'The rooms are ok, but do not fit the bill for a 4 star accommodation. There is not even a safe in the room. They offer a safe at the reception, but this does not really provide you with the feeling your stuff is as safe as if it would be locked up in your room. The rooms are done up to a reasonable standard. It feels like there was only a limited budget available to upgrade the rooms; it definitely focussed on looks over quality. Het Colony Palms hotel was een perfecte plaats om te genieten van PS. We brachten een middag aan het zalige zwembad door met enkele heerlijke cocktails. Het ontbijt is eveneens heerlijk.
