This deck is furnished with table seating for 4, two cheery umbrellas for shade, lounge seating area and a propane BBQ grill. Unique to this unit, there is a separate privately locked gate which allows you or your visiting guests to optionally enter the unit directly through your patio without having to go through the main complex entrance.

Sit on the comfortable sofa as you watch TV on the 55" Flat Screen, enjoy your book nestled on the large sofa with the cozy gas fireplace nearby, and dine, work or play board games while gathered around the mod dining table under the breeze of the modern ceiling fan. For entertainment, put an LP on the player or pop a DVD from our movie library.
