The main house includes 3 bedrooms—please note that one is set up as a hybrid office and nursery, complete with a crib. The fourth bedroom is located in the private casita, featuring its own kitchenette, full closet, en-suite bathroom, and a pull-out sofa. The casita can easily function as either a cozy bedroom or a secondary lounge area.

The primary bedroom boasts a private balcony with sweeping mountain views—perfect for enjoying your morning coffee in peace.

Parking & EV Charging



The home includes a 2-car attached garage with an EV charger. Convenient visitor parking is located just outside the front door.



Pet fee: $150 for the entire stay. One dog per reservation, house trained and under 25 lbs is allowed.



**Please note that we have a pool fence for little ones that can be set up for an additional fee.



Spa heating is included in the rental price. Pool heating is optional and available for an additional fee, ranging between $700 and $1,000 per month, depending on the season.
