'Booked a room months in advance with so-called "island view", only got a room with view on trees, room was dark and no view. Requested another room from reception , which was not possible due to a fully booked hotel, refund of my booking was denied and was charged fully for 2 nights!! Also found out that the facility is actually a time sharing facility!!'

'My family came for a long weekend to celebrate several birthdays. We had 3 rooms, which were all ready early so we were able to check in, get to our rooms to change, and walk to the beach club before 1pm. The staff was amazing and accommodating, the shuttle was super convenient after a long day on the beach and late dinners on the strip. The rooms were very spacious and the balconies a great place to relax with a cup of coffee from the bistro downstairs, which also had tasty breakfast sandwiches...
