I paid to take my small dog with me on our travels, could not let the dog in the back yard because the grass was atleast 18in tall. Carpets were old and stained, please replace rugs in bathrooms, no toilet paper in middle bathroom, could not find any baking pan, and I would recommend like a kuerig coffee maker as some have to drink decaf over regular coffee so we were making different pots.

This place was lovely! Lots of bedrooms and well stocked. We stayed with young kids and there was room for comfort and fun. Best of all is the lake!

Perfect house for large group

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the home. The location was perfect and the views were beautiful. The property manager was quick to respond when we had a question/issue and took care of it right away. Our puppies loved running around in the yard and we all had plenty of room to be comfortable.

The house was great for the number of people. The location was great. Seems like the listing was outdated as bed sizes/locations seemed to be different than listed. Would also suggest providing some kitchen linens.

Great Place to Stay!

The property was very clean and spacious. Plenty of room for everyone to hang out. Loved the downstairs area for the kids to do their own thing. Plenty of towels and any other needed necessities. Kitchen had plenty of cooking supplies. Would stay again.

Great place for a group ski trip

The property was the perfect size for our group of 9 friends. There were enough beds for everyone and the house was clean. The kitchen was is good shape, with enough utensils to cook group meals, but did not have much counter space and there were no kitchen hand towels. There are great views of the mountains from the property. The house is dog friendly and there is a yard a dog to run around in. We enjoyed our stay there.

Nice stay

This house was in a nice location and had plenty of room for our two families. However it lacks adequate lighting in all rooms and floors and bedding were not clean. I had to wash the bed sheets before sleeping in them as they had previous guests hair all over them! Other than that our stay was just fine! We were able to check in early however I would have preferred the house be a bit cleaner with a later check in!

Great place to stay

The house is pretty spacious and in a great location; in the outskirts of the town but not far from the ski resort, the hot springs, restaurants and shopping stores, plus awesome mountain views. We loved our staying and had a relaxing time. Make sure that you follow the instructions they leave whenever you go down the lake. We got a call from the renter because the neighbor called complaining that we were trespassing their property (silly! It only happened one time and it was one of the teenagers of the group- yeah! teens don't read the instructions). But overall it's a great place to stay.

Family vacation

The location was great and the views were beautiful. But, the photos online were not updated and did not match the current state the house is in. In the main living area there was not enough seating for all to gather. And the kitchen was missing curtins 2 out of the the 3 windows. No privacy. The stove only particularly worked, the internet never worked. The left over dry food looked loke it had been there for a while and not thrown away. There were dirty towles not washed. The 3rd level didnt have curtins in the windows which made the living space unbearable hot. A portable AC unit was purchased because it never cooled down. The master smart TV didnt work and most of the outlets, only one would work. On the very bottom level there is a step that needs to be labeled "watch your step" that transitions from living space to one of the bedrooms. My elderly parents tripped and two family members feel. The bathrooms downstairs and in the living room area had fixtures that were loose or not tightend properly. We just were careful or didnt use. The outside of the house wasnt mowed so the we didnt get to enjoy the backyard. This house was a focal point in our faimly vacation and we went off from the pictures online. An updated profile of the house amd upkeep was needed. Agian the loaction was great and the view was great.

Not pleased

We were extremely disappointed with our rental. The floors were filthy with visible crumbs, hair and dust. The commode was not clean. The kitchen counters were not clean. The coffee pot reservoir leaked. There were 2 washcloths for my entire family. We had to go to Walmart and purchase things that were expected to be supplied in the home; very limited toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, and no bar soap. besides these deficiencies, it was almost impossible to sit together and enjoy each other. The only seating in the main area was a sofa that would sit 3. If I had 3 people, I would not have rented such a large house. We had to sit on the floor, sit on cushions and were not comfortable. The other extremely bad negligence was the, lack of any curtains, shades for our privacy and our ability to sleep. The windows, of course, let in the beautiful full sun into our faces at 6:30 in the morning. I had that complaint from my children, and I experienced it myself. The window in the main floor bedroom could not be locked. There’s something wrong with the crank mechanism. The sheets on my bed on the main level were king size for a queen size bed and if you have ever had to sleep with all of that extra cloth underneath you then you know it is not comfortable. There were no sheets provided for the fold out sofa, even though it was listed as one of the available sleeping areas. We had to purchase sleeping bag. We are extremely upset and it definitely downgraded our family get-to-gether.

Perfect for our stay!

The way the house set up was perfect for our group! The 3 couples stayed in the bedrooms and the teenagers had their whole own area downstairs. Would definitely stay here again. Had everything we needed and we really enjoyed it.

Thanksgiving Holiday Stay

From the time we arrived at the home, it was warm and welcoming. Plenty of space for family of 7. Location of house is very very appealing. Lake close by to walk down in the mornings and walk our doggie. Will stay here again for sure.
