'施設は清潔で良かった。 朝食の料理はいまいち。 ヴィラからフロントまでホテルの車をお願いしたら３０分程待たされました。歩いたら10分の距離ですが。 ホテルから歩ける距離でコンビニもレストランもないので静かですが、少し出歩くにもタクシー代がかかるので、レンタカーを借りれば良かったと思いました。'

'me and my girlfriend stayed here for 1 night to go to the Phuket Elephant Sanctuary that’s quite close. we self checked in at 7pm. room was tidy and clean with awesome AC. The staff is very helpful and assisted us with anything she could (helps get taxi, answers all questions about area). would stay here again however the area surrounding is just some small quiet town with not a lot going on (however the locals are VERY friendly and we were easily able to hitchhike the 5 min drive to elephant...

'We had a wonderful stay at Royal Phuket City Hotel. The hotel is clean, well maintained, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Our room was spacious, quiet, and cleaned daily. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked perfectly. We also used the hotel spa during our stay. The massage was excellent, very relaxing, and professionally done. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money and we would happily stay here again.'

'Family of six (aged 11-15). The resort was beautiful. Amazing facilities, lovely staff, very comfortable large room. Best resort we have stayed in. Would love to stay again and definitely recommend. Breakfast was delicious and so much variety. The location is quite a long way from attractions but we just used a Grab to travel and it was relatively inexpensive. '

'As from the check-in we felt home in the hotel, because of the helpful employees and the cleanliness of the accommodation. We stayed 3 nights and enjoyed the breakfast, pool and decent breakfast. '

'prachtige tuin / kamers werden goed schoon gehouden iedere dag schone lakens iedere dag 2 flessen water / koffie en thee / iedere dag schone handdoeken / het ontbijt voortreffelijk 5 a 6 soorten eieren en verschillende soorten brood of liever warm dat kon ook liever rijst met curry kip teveel om op te noemen en de zwembaden waren ook heerlijk en mooi schoon en plek genoeg ook de bar bij het zwembad kon je goed eten het diner in het restaurant was ook heel uitgebreid ik stop met vertellen kan...

'Dit hotel is fantastich. Gelegen in een prachtige tropische tuin in een rustige buurt. De service was geweldig en het personeel zo vriendelijk. Een echte paradijs. Enige min punt was de hoge prijzen van de supermarkt daar. Als je zelf wilt koken is het niet goedkoop en vergeleken met de andere prijzen in Thailand was dat even schikken.'
