It also did not have a fridge. * It was sitting outside the room broken* I had to go to the desk to get toilet paper because there was none. I really thought highly of the man for helping us out, so I did not complain.'

'We did not actually stay here. We were relocated to their sister property The Inn at Glaiser Glen. The staff was great, we really didn't use the amenities as this was a trip to see family. I would definitely stay again though.'

'We just returned from our long road trip and checked that we actually booked for a Ground Floor room (i.e. higher price than the room we got on the 2nd floor), but we didn't remember at the time we checked in because we booked it more than a month ago and we booked for more that 10 hotels for this trip. When we checked in, I asked the receptionist twice if she has a room in the ground floor but she said "we all booked", which mean they gave our booked room to someone else. I contacted the hotel...
